This is our 3 year old pool from lite house. Has been nothing but problems since we got it. We got a “too notch” pool hoping to enjoy it for years to come. This year our last resort is tearing it down and throwing it away. We do not recommend this place at all. Wasted thousands upon thousands of dollars on this pool. The lite house employees do not care and are unhelpful. The damage in the pictures are from wind damage for the 3rd time. (Except this time we’re not fixing it) But yet again not a single other thing on our property was ruined from the wind. This pool was poorly made and built and this shows.

I had excellent service from a very knowledgeable and really nice salesperson, Annie. She helped me with various chemicals and was very patient with my many questions.

My go to store but the hours are wrong! They are not open at 9 on weekends despite what Google shows so here I sit waiting for them to open. Not cool.

I went in at the end of summer to buy patio furniture for my newly built deck. Near the front window was a clerk putting up a Christmas tree. He glanced at me and then looked the other way and ignored me. I browsed all of the patio and garden items for about 15 minutes. Not once did the clerk talk to me or walk over to ask if I need help. Wow, how do they even sell anything if they make you feel like you are not a valued customer?

DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS!!!!! They have absolutely NO idea what they are doing. We went to Litehouse in Ravenna for 3 separate water test.. The girl behind the counter kept saying pour more shock into the water, all the other numbers look good. The pool remained green.. this last time we went up to get a water test we were informed our acid level is crazy high and putting the chlorine like advised by them was actually causing more damage... Now we have to drain a 28' pool completely!!!! I called and talked to the manager Steve and he admitted the staff was completely wrong and he is going to teach them on acid levels... COOL! You have employees performing water test and informing people how to take care of their pools AND THEY HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE SAYING! We are out hundreds and hundreds of dollars because of Litehouse and their ignorance. Then Steve had the nerve to tell me that I, as a pool owner need to learn what I am doing... Ummmm.... IF I KNEW WHAT I WAS DOING I WOULDNT HAVE CAME TO YOUR BUSINESS NUMEROUS TIMES FOR WATER TESTS AND RELIED ON YOUR IGNORANT EMPLOYEES TO BEGIN WITH!!!!

I'm so thankful for this Litehouse store! We've had our Litehouse pool for 21 years and still enjoy it as much as the very first summer! Any time go I everyone is helpful, sells me only what I need and offers good advice. Thank you for staying in business!

ATTENTION POOL OWNERS! Beware of Litehouse Pools. This morning I purchased a bunch of pool chemicals. I picked up a bucket of 3" chlorine tablets. Price on the shelf was $49.99. I had priced chlorine other places and the average price was $119.99 for a 20 to 25 pound bucket. I thought the $49.99 price for a 10 pond bucket was in line. Well got home and found they charged me $119.99 for a 9.65 pound bucket. That is DOUBLE what everyone else is charging. I tried to return it a few hours later and was told they don't take returns on chemicals. I pointed out it had never been opened. You can tell if it has been. Their receipts says returns are accepted with a receipt. Amazon, Doheny's, Leslie Pools all are half that price. PASS IT ALONG, SO NO ONE ELSE GETS RIPPED OFF.

Super nice staff. The lady that helped us was great. We got pricing and everything super easy. Felt no pressure. Unfortunately our area was not able to be delivered to but we would have loved to buy here.
