I recently rented a unit online and it couldn’t have been easier! I tried renting from them a few years ago, but the service wasn’t nearly as easy to navigate or as cheap but I’m so happy that I have my stuff here. Thank you Kangaroo!!!

I have called everywhere. The owner of the establishment called me back promptly. They were very kind and helpful. It is now under new management and I must say they are great. They website allows you to book online and they are working to make it better. They appreciated my feed back. I recommend them to anyone who needs storage in the area.

The only way it would allow me to do a review is give a star clearly undeserving of. I rented 3 units from them , boxes and totes of all my belongings coats furniture family heirlooms etc all ruined mold mildew wet musty . I called the office several times they said it's not their problem I should of had renters insurance. Who does that? I put my stuff in there because I valued it . if I wanted to throw it away I wouldn't have paid for storage in the first place. Shame on you kangaroo!!!!

My fiancé and I went to his storage unit in Edinburg when the weather broke in the Spring. We found that the insulation on the ceiling had come down and the unit had been leaking through the roof all winter. Everything was literally sealed in solid blocks of ice inside the packing boxes. Books, CDs, kitchen utensils, everything. We called the office repeatedly over the course of 2 1/2 months. The owner never returned our calls. They kept saying they had new office staff and had no record of our calls. We refused to pay until something was done, so we were locked out of the unit. When we finally talked to the owner we were told that we should have had renter's insurance to cover the contents. Who does that! He would not take anything off of our bill. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PERSON. HE HAS NO SENSE OF ETHICS OR DECENCY!
