So, the pharmacy sold me a bad box of Libre 2 sensors. Neither one of the 2 I got work. They won't give me a replacement! They want ME to deal with Libre witch will take weeks and in the meantime I don't have a sensor to track my diabetes!

The young lady that cashed me out this morning was pretty rude.i don't mind tattoos and piercings but if you deal with the public,should take out the nose ring(bull ring)and cover up your tattoos..I work with public and can't notice the tattoos cause they are covered up..

I had a prescription for Wixeala for my asthma. I had a Goodrx coupon for Wixela. What I received was a generic of a generic. The delivery system was completely different and they charged me the same.

Used to be a good place to get scripts filled but now not so much. They have really went down hill at this store. The employees look so miserable. They can't bill right. Always wasting time waiting for them to do things correctly. They blame the insurance company but sadly the real problem is with them. No pride whatsoever in job performance.

The staff is amazing and always goes above and beyond. They are always very efficient. I have dealt with many pharmacies over the years, but these guys are one of the top performers. If I had to switch, I would fight to stay.

Kaitlyn (sorry if I spelled the name wrong) was so amazing. She understood and knew how upset I was that my prescription wasn’t ready even though my doctors told me it was there. But she explained to me that there was a reason why it wasn’t ready and that is giant eagles policy but if you need it that day just call and they will get it ready. They were short staffed but she had a good attitude the whole time and helped me understand better on how it all works! Thank you again for great service

As a couple in quarantine, we did a curbside pickup at this Giant Eagle. I had ordered 4 lbs of corned beef. It was advertised as 5.99/ lb. I ordered 4 pounds. We were charged for 10.5 pounds because according to Kayla in “curbside” “that’s not the way it works”, well, tell me ON YOUR SITE BEFORE I ORDER HOW IT WORKS. What a rude employee, and by the way, I had contacted corporate customer service and was told that the Ravenna store would call. NOPE! After a twenty minute “discussion “ with Kayla, Gary stepped up. I’m not going to sing his praises because I overheard him say he thought I pressed a wrong button . NO I DID NOT!Your site is flawed and your employees need training on customer service. Additionally, Acme in Stow is a far superior store. Heinen’s in Aurora know how to multiply.
