Couldn't even get the appointment right. I scheduled for tire replacement and alignment. Then when I get there, and say i have a 3:30 the desk guys like oh we don't put appointments in the system but I only have you written down for an alignment we don't have time to do tires to. What a joke!!! Really a waste of time.... just skip the hassle of this place and go to firestone or somewhere else. at least they can get an appointment, right?

Never had a bad experience. Been coming here for car work (tires, brakes, exhaust, random check engine lights) for 7 years. Always fair, quick turnarounds and will work with you. Best to make an appointment but they work hard to get you on the road.
