Very nice Dollar Tree in Ravenna however the people that drive up here are rude as hell I really need to go back take their driving test again just my opinion

I drive all over the city for biotin and I called this place in Ravenna, I asked the lady on March 19th around 8:30 pm and asked was there any biotin. She said yes I just put those out. I told her I will be picking up the biotin in the morning. The next morning I drove a whole hour there and there was absolutely no biotin at all to be found. The cashier was looking all around for it but yet no biotin so I’m giving 1 star for this because that lady lied to me and wasted my time and my gas. That lady lied to me just to get me off the phone so she can hurry up and close the store. I am very disappointed. What happened to customer service and good retail habits? If I can order some online I would but it’s not much biotin out there.

This Dollar Tree is always so clean and so stocked and the service I receive every time is next level! Such friendly cashiers in that makes such a difference. Love this DT! The only gripe I have is some of those parking lot potholes - so just be careful!

I like dollar tree for a few items. I save a few bucks and get the items I need without issue.This DT is the first to sell expired detergents and cleaners. Never have I ever seen brown laundry additive, that blue and white labeled oxygen additive.Doesn't smell right either, almost like a perfume. If this location weren't so far away from home, I'd return it there. Been using this stuff for years, this isn't right.And I bought three canister's.Too bad I live 50 mins away.
