They recently took out the self checkout which is kind of a bummer. I liked the self checkout. Now you have to wait in line all over again and feel stupid when you have an entire cart full of stuff and the 4 people behind you have 2 or 3 things. Lol! Staff are very nice and helpful though and the place is always clean and organized which is more than I can say for a few others in the area.

Super friendly staff! They're also very professional. The store is always in great shape whenever I visit here. Today I saw a crusty old white guy flipping out because he couldn't figure out how to activate a gift card, and the manager handled it really well! She maintained her composure and explained the situation in a very professional manner. I was impressed!

I was told I would get a call back from the manager but never did. It has been over a week of me trying to reach the manager but I have been ignored multiple times, RIDICULOUS!

Store manager is very nice and helpful, very friendly also all the employees. The store looks well organized.

Parking lot is in terrible condition, store very messy and unkempt, and checkout process painfully slow with no employees around for assistance.

I have been going to this dollar general since it opened, I have always went a little later with me getting off work so late. I go there tonight and they aren't supposed to close until 10 I get there at 9:35 and the door is locked lights are all still on so I left and went to the one right beside the rootstown giant eagle I pulled in at 9:51 and they were still open. At least when kieth worked there I knew I could go there right before 10pm because I knew they were still open.
