Paid $75 for a vase and 5 flowers for a funeral. I was embarrassed. They have done wonderful in the past so I'm not sure what happened, but there is no way it should have cost $75!!

The arrangement I ordered was pretty but not spectacular. It was delivered on time. Delivery charge slightly higher than surrounding florist. Going back to Window Box in Kent

Incredibly disappointed. I ordered a bouquet for my daughters prom ,I told them what I wanted plus gave them a picture. I got there and it only had one pink flower and 3 white flowers . I made them add extra .. they added leftover wilted ones...there excuse was they are training someone. And again they had a picture to copy. I will never recommend or go there again.

Terrible business etiquette!!! I pre ordered a corsage and pre payed. When I went in to pick it up I was informed that someone had cancelled the order but luckily they still had it.. it was never cancelled on my end it was the first mistake on their end... Next it was not even what I ordered!! The man that took my order and wrote down what I ordered was the same man that was giving me the corsage that he knew was wrong... The manner in which he handled this entire transaction was wrong on so many levels. I understand that mistakes happen and it's a busy time but in return I also expect the product I payed for and if you're unable to fix the mistake made then offer some sort of solution that is agreeable. I will say after several minutes of listening to him tell me to leave it there and go somewhere else without offering my money back I did eventually get my money back. But he wanted to keep the corsage and my money!!!

After seeing City Gardener as a well respected local Pastor’s “go to” for floral needs, I decided to use CG to have Roses sent to my wife on our 10th Wedding Anniversary. In fairness, I did place the order at lunchtime for a same day afternoon delivery. No mention was made of FRESH flowers being unavailable at that time.I was APPALLED and equally embarrassed by what was delivered to my wife-roses in late stage bloom more worthy of the dumpster than a delivery. HIGHLY overpriced, especially considering the condition of goods delivered.NEVER AGAIN.
