every time i go here after 1030pm they are closed, or the pumps are off, even though it says 11pm. The people are absolutely so un-professional here. I’d give it 0 stars if i could.

Really slow service. The so called lead cashier spends more time on his phone outside than he does at the cash register. I had to stand there for at least 10 minutes while he was outside on his phone and then talking to the hardee employees and his “friends” outside. Horrible experience. You’re better off paying at the pump and not going inside the store to buy anything else. Also Hardee’s charges sales tax on food and prices on the board don’t match prices charged.

If you go to their website they tell you their current gas price. But when I got there it was actually
$. 37 per gallon more than they advertised on line.

Convenient gas station good selection of items decent prices on gas. Good selection of convenience store items always seem to have something on sale. Good customer service!

Usually the cheapest at cotton corners so I stop here for gas. Never had issues with the BP part - the Hardee's part however - needs alot of work - or rather employees who do. Always either outside in parking lot talking, menu not even up on the TV monitors to pick what you want, half the time no chicken it's really hit or miss if you get the food you went for or be able to order what you want.. smh

I have been a regular at this location for many years now. However, I have noticed that lately, the customer service has seen a huge decline. I used to go in and see the same friendly faces who knew just what I needed and it was a pleasant experience in and out. As of recently, every time I go in I am glared at and treated almost as if I am burdening staff by disrupting them from their duties. I pass get-go and circle k to get to BP and there is also a Sheetz just as far away in the other direction. I would recommend any of these locations before this BP. The Hardee's and previously McDonald's have both failed at this location and I would recommend just avoiding the whole scene.

I switched to being a Bp customer about a year ago due to their app “BPme”. It’s a really awesome app that you like a card to our use your PayPal account to pay for the purchase of your fuel. You access the app in your car and go through the prompts and the app will turn the pump on that you designate...... you never have to swipe a card or even go into the store if all you needed is fuel. Bonus part is that you earn discounts on fuel just for buying fuel!!!!
