“They will order parts from factory direct dealers. My car is rare and hard to get parts for but advance always tries and orders the parts but it does take a long time to get the parts. All I can say is at least they can get the parts because if it wasn't for them I wouldn't even be able to drive my car.”
“Cliff and team are great. They do very good work. They are friendly and will stop working and have a discussion with you about your repairs or custom paint job. They are busy so you will want to schedule an appointment for custom work. They do accept insurance claims as well.”

“I arrived at the O'Reilly's counter after searching for an hour for a mechanics shop, after my car literally blew a Spark Plug and Coil out of the cylinder somewhere on I 80 East!! 4 mechanics shops, and No one was willing to help me and I was getting very worried because I was about 6 hours away from home and it was a Friday afternoon. Jay the associate at the counter, Greeted me with a sincere can I help you, what seems to be the problem. After talking with him a bit, he helped me diagnose what the problem was with my car and hooked me up with Vinnie, of Vinnies Automotive, (who happened to be in the store getting parts) fix my car by working with him to find the right parts and tools. They worked together diagnosing and problem solving the problem until all of the parts and the problem were solved. ( The spark plug threads were stripped and needed to be re -threaded and a heli coil inserted. A job I had never done before. if it was not for Jay and his close friend and customer Vinnie, I would have been stranded in Ohio for the weekend. With out these 2 I would have never made it home! Jay and Vinnie should seriously be considered for employee and customer of the month. Jay made me feel like he was there to help me and was willing to help me, a stranded traveler from Philadelphia, about 500 miles from home! Neither would accept money for their above and beyond kindness and help. As Vinnie worked on my car I asked him if Jay was always like this and he said that Jay is one of the best. Always willing to work with ya and looks out for his customers. These two men are exceptional individuals who are the real deal! As I left the store and thanked Jay. I said is he (Vinnie) always like this? And he said he's been around here going on 40 years and he'd never leave anyone in distress or stranded. These 2 men are hero's to me and my wife. With their above and beyond acts of kindness and service I was able to get home safe and sound to my family who was anxiously awaiting our arrival! Thank you gentleman, I hope you bosses and customers know how valuable and kind you both are. The world is a better place because of you. Keep up the being who you are!!!!”

“I live in Pennsylvania, I came to Ohio to pick up my child from a senior trip and visit my son and his family. When I arrived at my son's house my vans driver side sliding door was sticking so we put in wd40 and went to close it, not much force was used, and the door fell half way off. We went to auto zone to get the arm part with the rollers that broke off of. They had it in stock! Also worried because it was a Friday night and we knew no mechanics around here the workers there recommended someone who agreed to fix my door! The employees were very friendly and respectful during my mini panic attack, I say mini because they put me right at ease and I was able to calm my mind down before it was unmanageable. Thank you guys so much!! The date I was there was May 17th at 4:00 pm .”
