Leaving a bad review for a good friend. This business needs to close their doors for GOOD. Its obvious that for YEARS there have been nothing but negative reviews and horrible things happening with this daycare. If you love your child, you will NOT put them in this daycare. They dont change babies diapers for 3-5 hours (with records of this) Neglect to give babies their bottles of milk for 5 hours, when they need it every 3 hours. Literally STARVING babies!! Also putting diapers on babies that something was spilled on so the wet line Is still there and something is stained on them. So what the hell?

Honestly if I could give this place 0 stars I would.. they started out great.. then the last few months.. they just went down hill.. wouldn’t change my daughter’s diaper till 3 or 4 hours later.. kept asking to have it fixed just got the run around.. then one day they went 5 hours without giving her a bottle… then 5 more hours after that.. they gave her a bunch of baby food.. and no bottle baby food is just for fun under one.. they still need bottles every 3 hours and they know that.. I had given them instructions time and time again and just won’t listen to me.. I finally said enough is enough and pulled her out.. I talked to the head woman about it and just said it was a “miscommunication” no.. it’s neglect.. please please don’t bring your babies here.. unless you wanna worry every single day.. also I have pictures to prove these things since they keep records in an app..

Very nice child care center. My son enjoyed his time at Amanda’s Garden. I was nervous because of the reviews but reviews are always biased. Your children/babies will be well taken care of in the hands of these wonderful ladies.

There's no way that I can express my appreciation for the school enough!
My daughter started at the school last year and was quite nervous. We had tried in-home babysitters, friends and me just staying home with her but I had to work. So I was hesitant on putting her in a daycare. I took a shot in the dark though and did it. I had to. MAN am I glad I did.
My daughter has become a whole new person in just one year. The teachers have always been so kind and careful with her. She would come home each day so happy being with her friends, playing on the playground and learning.
I want to express my appreciation even further to Misty's teach, Ms. Becca. You are an angel and my daughter adores you. We are incredibly grateful for you. She is now ready for Kindergarten ❤️
The Tack Family has so much love for this daycare! Please keep up the good work and maybe, when she is done with Kindergarten and summer is upon us, she may come back for the big kids class 😊
Thank you ALL at Amanda's Garden!

This facility is actually great for kids and free the parents too understand there kids because the teachers actually sit down 1 on 1 with the children and learn there basic everyday ways of playing adhow they each learn differently my 2 toddlers have been going here for 2 years now and they love it im actually writing my review from y husband's phone because mine isn't letting me use the search bar so I borrowed his always this place is famiy oriented and also if you can't afford what the place charges they have a government thing that can help also its called title 20 I do believe but long story short I just wanted too stop by and say how my family feels about this place and the way my kids love it ad are excited everyday too return too the teachers and staff at amandas garden.....×0×0× KAREN STINELY

The first day my 3 year old went here she came home with bruises (deep bruising) on her legs, at first I thought since the playground has rocks she just took a bad fall. 2 months in continuous bruising to where I had taken her to the pediatrician in worry she was just getting neglected, in this case she was. Constant bruising for weeks but “being watched” makes no sense considering most if not all toddlers will take spills, get bumps scrapes and bruises occasionally but EVERYDAY she came home with new bruises. She had a bruise on her back, I addressed it with Becky and Destiny both managers of this building and let them know my toddler told me someone was pinching her. They stated “she should have told someone.” She’s 3? If you’re watching the children you’re getting paid to watch why would she need to alert someone? They spoke to my 3 year old and found out who pinched her, never heard how this situation would be addressed until my 3 year olds last day, with no incident report done. I asked to take my toddler to the restroom in the basement where they have a few classrooms, Destiny stated “we haven’t cleaned the toddler restroom, you should probably use the one upstairs.” If my toddler is using this restroom all day, why is it not okay if I take her to use it as well? Miss. Brianna and Ms. Kelly are both phenomenal, no complaints with them. You’ll here Ms. Becca yelling at toddlers in the basement, the children screaming and crying, no reassurance in this room for these kiddos either, just screaming at them to “calm them down.” Anyone who has a degree in childhood education and development knows this isn’t how you address upset children. I picked my toddler up after work, she was on the playground, she ran to me asking if she could have some milk. I look at the afternoon staff and she stated “they need to eat first before they have some milk.” It was 87° outside. They also had an employee working here prior to us enrolling I found out after pulling her out 2 months after, he was accused of sexual misconduct with minors. You can read about it online. Just goes to show who they really hire. Your children aren’t in their best interest. I have more than enough documentation for the bruising and notes in a medical record from her doctors office in regards to the bruising which her doctors told me to continue to document everything. When speaking to the director BECKY about any issues, she shifts the blame on her staff, trying to reassure you she has people who actually have a degree in this field who she’s training (but aren’t on staff.) You’ll find staff even talk about the negligence and when things are concerning, no one actually cares to handle issues. The 5 star reviews are from staff, don’t be fooled. If it’s convenient for you, pick your children’s health and safety over this place. The list goes on, JFS has been contacted as well. If you care about your child, pick them first. Red flags from the start!

This place is definitely not for babies, toddlers or children under 5 they will not get the care that they need! Especially if it's full time. If your child cannot speak up for themselves or defend themselves don't send them here.

My son has been going here for 4 years now and he loves it. The staff cares for my son with such patience and understanding. He has learned so much from going here. I decided to pay out of pocket to keep my son here because I know they know my son and what works best with him and I dont trust anyone else with him! The staff do need a raise though for how hard they work!!

So when we first got to Amanda’s garden they were great, no complaints, but that was due to the fact they hide them pretty well. As we continued our children being enrolled my kids have gotten hand foot and mouth from their establishment 4 times in one year, how does this happen if you clean and sanitize like you say you do. The staff is excellent and I love them, but they are extremely underpaid and overworked so I hold absolutely nothing against them. Management seems to be the issue here. With that said Staff members have told me to never leave my diapers or wipes there because they take them and give them to other kids at a cost. Word for word heard a conversation in the parking lot by a mother and a teacher and the teacher was expunged to her that she’s sorry they thought her kid was done with the wipes and diapers ect. My oldest has been bit by the staffs kid multiple times and nothing has been done about it because it is their nephew or something like that. My kids come home with ink pen and sharpie drawn all over them by the teachers. They have dried up boogers on their face that couldn’t have just happened the must have let the kids sit there like that for hours. The bathroom had mold in the corners, used toilet paper on the floor and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Their charity fundraiser seem like nothing more then them trying to finagle extra money out of their kids and parents, I only feel this way because all the fundraisers they have sent home never have a listed charity, never have what the money is going towards nothing it’s just selling to sell it seems. The class rooms are never at the states ratio, I have picked my child up multiple times and I’m the newborn room is 7-10 children and one teacher, I have asked where the second teacher is because i think I was told it’s 5 kids to one teacher in that room and was told by their staff well becky( the manger ) counts herself as a teacher but she’s never in the room. So your kids safety is nothing more then a checklist to meet to make state happy, actual safety is null and void. To top all this off the recently sent me a bill saying I owe all this money for being late, I asked for the times we were in and out because I have a gps drive tracker for work to make sure customers get the correct time so arrived, come to find out their times are extremely inaccurate( will post pictures if anyone would like to see) sent them how they we’re extremely inaccurate for one of the days. The did apologize and take “accountability” saying the tablets had a miscommunication, when the employees are the ones who clock us out. Then proceeded to show them that numerous clock ins and outs are inaccurate and they still want to charge me 10 dollars for 5 minutes when they are incorrect. I wouldn’t not send your kids here unles you have zero issues with them being understaffed, the owners family kid biting and hitting you children, them not cleaning your kid at all, lying about times you were there and times you left and and overall non professional day care experience. If you like those things I just listed send them here, if not run and don’t look back!!!!!( one more thing while we were communicating about their incorrect times of us being “late” I told them I wanted all communication to be through email that way it was documented because I have definitive proof of them being wrong, I received a call after that with someone named Jessica asking why didn’t I just wanna talk on the phone. I explained my reasonings about how I wanted it to be recited and documented and she cussed me out under her breath and hung up on me mid sentence. If anyone can tell me how to post pictures here I have a litany of bites, boogers, pack of staffing, closed till 10, only taking certain kids. The list goes on. Run run run and don’t look back your kids safety and we’ll being is worth more then this place will ever be able to offer you!

I went to pick up my nephew for my sister and they just let me in asking if I was someone (which was me) then she let me walk myself to the back with the other kids to get him he had snots all over his face and his hands knees and face was red like they just had him laying down on it all morning on top of that once I got 30 minutes away and he started fussing. I went to go make a bottle and I asked the lady before I left if she made sure everything was in there his formula etc. she said yes so I gotta check the bag to make him his bottle and then there was no formula or his rice. There was no diapers and the wipes.and I know my sister did not send my nephew like that! I’ve been told her this place is manic and she can’t do anything because she’s a single mom I get it but DONT LET THESE PEOPLE WATCH YOUR KIDS they get paid to take care of our kids and they’re not taking care of nothing but their own needs

my daughter started there for about a month Monday I was picking up my daughter and a bed bug was on my daughter book bag and also her blanket I went upstairs and told the director she looked puzzled and said she would check it out she called me when I got home and wanted to know how the bug looked I saw I told her and she stated she looked down in the class room and she didn’t see anything as if it was just on my daughters things my daughter will not returning beware!
