What kind of "tire shop" cannot inflate a tire to 100 psi? The "manager" came up with two different excuses why it cannot be done. I'm wondering if the shop expects people to drive on underinflated tires? I suppose they can sell more tires that way.

i used to go to garro tire for all of my service, a recent experience with them made me feel like they were just changing out parts and not fixing the problem, i came here to try action tire out, nick immediately made me feel welcomed, the facility and bathrooms were clean, nick also fixed the problem that other places , and three other dealerships couldn’t figure out. I won’t take my vehicle anywhere else.

Don't take your vehicle to action tire. Especially not with aftermarket rims. They destroyed my front 2 wheels. Gouges that goes half way around the rim on the outside of the mounting surface. After showing back up and speaking with the manager Nick he wouldn't take responsibility for it, even after measuring the 2 straight gouges and comparing them to the spiked blocks on their tire machine. He refused to give me contact information to speak with the owner and hung up on me. Very unprofessional.

The guys got me in to mount my tires right away after another "big box, poor customer service", store refused to mount them. They did a great job, I would highly recommend them and will be contacting them for all my future automotive service needs.

Nick is by far the reason I keep coming back!! Own older vehicles and has literally rebuilt one at more than a fair price. He is very honest, and always makes me feel like everything is fixable (which he has fixed everything at a fair price). Only shop I trust with my cars!!

Nick found the source of low tire pressure. Previous tire place didn't. Excellent used tires, & one tie rod replaced. Much better ride for this vehicle.

Very pleased with their services, they were extremely patient with me as I know close to nothing about tires. They were fast and easy and even did me the solid of fixing my other rim without me asking!!! This is where I will be taking my business from now on! Strongly recommend

I am very please with how knowledgeable and respectful both managers were. They both took their time to show me my choices on tires and what they recommended for my vehicle. I couldn’t be more pleased with my service. I will recommend this shop to all.
