They don't hear you when youvtry calling them. It happened to my friend in the recent times. They don't address your question. Most of the time, they don't even understand what you are asking.

I dislike this salon for the simple fact that the only person you are ever welcomed by is your stylist and the receptionist. No one could careless that you are even in the salon. Asia did a great job bringing back my hair to what it used to be! You fire a hairstylist for the comments of a Karen, that frankly wouldn't have liked the price she paid anywhere! I came in for a wedding updo. I got a a very young girl who acted as though she didn’t want to touch my hair, let alone how to do an updo!!!Told her I had natural curly hair and that I usually use mousse in my hair to bring the curl out more. She put very little oil in to help with the frizz(didn’t work). Then put a braid from one side to back and pulled out some hair to make the “flower” bun. Also, a thin curl down each side. The top had no curl, no fluff. Used very little hairspray. So needless to say, my hair looked pretty SAD about 2 hours after, due to the 70+ degrees that day!!!I paid $80 for an up do that was a FRIZZY MESS come time for the wedding!!????Service: Hairstyling

Got a gel manicure. Not sure what manicure they did. Just cut and shaped my nails a little cuticle trim. Gel was thick and on my skin on a few nails.
