We had planned on giving this dealership a glowing review. This was the first car dealership that we were ever really impressed with. They did everything right until after we left. They closed right after we left and before we realized that we had left some items in the truck that we had just traded in. I called them as soon as they opened on the next business day. I told them that we had forgotten my husband’s prescription sunglasses in the overhead compartment. We also left $9 in one dollar bills in the overhead compartment that we kept there for tolls. They claimed nothing was left in the truck but that was a lie. We know for a fact that his expensive sunglasses and the cash were both there. We believe they won’t admit to the glasses because that would prove that they found the money. It was not much money but it was ours and we really needed those prescription glasses back. I am very disappointed.

Johnny J is a top notch salesman! My family has bought over 10 vehicles from him and Sarchione Chevrolet. Yes, we have a fleet. Truly the people at Sarchione are extremely easy to work with and make the purchasing stress free. I would highly recommend working with them.

My husband and I had the best experience at Sarchione! My precious Chevy Trax was totaled so I was in the market for something similar. Todd was professional and showed us several different models, both new and preowned. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to lease or buy, so Todd patiently went over the numbers for all the options. The finance department was also great and we walked out with a beautiful 2025 Trailblazer. We’ll definitely be back!

I wanted to wait to leave my review for a couple of reasons- I bought a 2015 Chevy 1500 on a Thursday and the truck broke down Saturday. I had it towed to them Sunday didn’t even put 300 miles on truck and it said no oil pressure and had a knock. After them having the truck for 3 weeks and telling us multiple different issues that the truck had and said they were going to fix we go to pick up the truck and all they ended up changing was the oil pump and supposedly got my truck confused with another customer’s- odd and not good business if you ask me. After getting the truck back it seemed like it was lacking power but I just figured I was nervous from what happened with the truck from the beginning but nope unfortunately go to get the first oil change after getting it back and oil is completely full of metal. I have called and left 4 voicemails with service manager and the sales guy that sold the truck with no response in 3 weeks. I guess they don’t stand behind their work and bobbed the truck together to get it out the door. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone- terrible service and very disappointed in my purchase. Now I’m stuck paying the bill on something they never corrected like they said they would but I’m sure if I left a voicemail to buy a vehicle they would respond back within an hour.

This is the only place I shop for cars. Ryan always gets us the best deal available. My whole family buys their cars here because they are so fair. As a woman I really appreciate not being talked down to and treated with respect.

Mark Hercheck was a great salesman to work with , I was also introduced to all the staff from finance to the manger in charge of service dept. Great experience and I highly recommend.
