Prices went up twice in the last couple of months and time is shorter due to the fact it takes almost a minute for the water to come out fully. Theyre always out of tire cleaner and engine cleaner and the vacuums have very poor suction

This car wash is amazing! It's like a mini detail every time you go. They are so friendly and helpful. Free coffee, tea or hot chocolate while you wait. My parents joke they've never seen me so happy as when I'm there! I tell everyone about this place!

I was going to let this go but feel as if it needs to be shared. I went to get my interior clean, with my infant, so unfortunately I was distracted. I took cash out of my car from a waitressing book I had in my card. I took $20 out to pay plus a little extra for tip. I had more money in there and I meant to take it with me but like I said I got distracted. I left and the first thing I did was get gas and went to grab the cash and it was gone. I tried to think of everything I could before I blamed it on the workers at scrub-a-dub because that's just an unfortunate thing to do. But it was in fact the last place I had a the cash. I couldnt go back because how could I even prove it? I wont be returning and canceled my membership but take your valuables out of the car before! Lesson learned

This is the second time when I asked for a "the works" wash and instead, the attendant gave me "super choice with wheel brite and under wash". What a scam car wash.

Brought my car to this car wash recently. The next day I noticed several scratch marks along my roof and side of my car! I need answers to how this happened! Not the first time I've heard of issues at Scrub a dub car washes. Have heard several complaints of cars coming out with license plates bent completely in half. STAY AWAY FROM THESE WASHES IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE!!!

Oh boy... You know that triangle at the base on your windshield where the wipers don't touch? Or for that matter the ring on its outer limits? Imagine you leave a car wash and it was still there! I wish I were kidding. I ran my fingers with almost no pressure over it and muck went away. Some hours-old bird dung was also not removed in full. You can have all the pressure in the world (and it is impressive); but if you can't clean such basic items, what are you doing?!I did opt for their highest end wash because I wanted the bells and whistles of hot wax and ceramic coat. I don't know what they were going for, but it flopped. Wax seemed like a light spritz. It mixed with water droplets on car (so much for being hot, eh?) and was soon rinsed. Same thing with the ceramic coating. I considered benefit of the doubt, but there was no beading from rain a few days post. It's all a gimmick I say!If you have access to a garden hose, or a good old fashioned rainstorm, save your money. If you must... don't even think of going for the Platinum Plus (or w/e their highest end wash is), it's all a bunch of hogwash. Though it is so shameful, I am going to scratch the wash, and say "It's all a bunch of hog."

Impossible to get in touch with anyone at this location. I've called many times to change my plan and no one answers/returns my calls. At this point in going to move forward with canceling

Such a great car wash! The no touch wash always works fantastic and every wash gets the undercarriage. The vacuums accept credit cards which is huge. The self serve wash always works fantastic too. Great value will come back every time.

I would give negative star if I can, please stay away from this store!! if you did not want you car being hit twice on the same conveyor belt. I brought my almost new car to wash, and my car was first hit by the front, I was shocked, and the belt was not stopped!!! No employee on site stop the belt and then my car was hit again on the rear end. It has been over a week and none of the managers have take care of this issue, I filled out an incident report as the corporate office asked, but still no response. Employees there are neglect of duties and not monitor for safety. I would file a lawsuit if I still cannot get a resolution from the company.

I got an "express" car wash here on 3/02/22. It was the best $10 I've spent lately. I had no idea my car was so dirty. The two employees I encountered were both friendly and seemed happy to be there. They put a plastic bag on my car's rear windshield wiper; apparently to keep it from getting damaged. Very satisfied.

They don't do the greatest job, but for money it's worth it. However, don't waste your money on their tire shine/wheel brightener. It does not work at all.

I went through this car wash but my car ended up coming out dirtier than it started! There was no one there to talk to about a refund or redo.. and no # to call on website. Will not be going back!

Best touchless in Quincy, $13, decent price. Just bring a towel with you to hand dry what was missed during the 60 seconds you get from the air dry
