Bad experience. Lights wouldnt turn on— left us hanging at the jelly roll concert for an hour. The woman manager (Liba?), who doesn’t speak much English, is rude. Get your cart rental else where with better customer service that doesn’t just point to the “no refunds” sign.

During my stay I rented a cart at golf card depot and everythin was amazing .Adiola the girl that was working there was very friendly and helpful ,the cart was perfect and looked so new

The website is awful I reserved online and then I called to check just to make sure it went through as I never got an email. And the man on the phone was extremely rude talking to me like I was stupid and then tells me he’s too busy to check my reservation and to call back another time. Thankfully there was nothing wrong with my rental and I had no problem with the cart itself just the service was awful.

I visited my friends from Columbia that work on the island and had a great time. The best way to tour the island is by golf cart for sure.

When you visit put in bay you have to stop and rent a golf cart I stopped there and everything was so fast and easy. I will rent there again next year
