They will steal your money! Don’t ever rent from any of their facilities ever. The manager smiles and is pleased to tell you that she will not give you the services she already charged your card for and that there are no refunds. Negative stars!

Rented a cart via phone. Work schedule changed & cancelled reservations. Original vacation date passed & noticed charge on credit card. Called company, they refused to refund even though cancellation was done in advance.
Rescheduled vacation for the week after, obviously went with a different cart rental company. Spoke to many local businesses while at Put n Bay, including where we stayed- all said they have heard customers having a bad experience with this company as well.

Beware of this rental company! I wish I would have read the reviews before I was scammed!! The most rude, unprofessional staff working here. Do not reserve a cart here. There are plenty of other rentals that are reasonably priced, and staff are generally helpful, unlike this company.

Extremely unprofessional and rude. Wanted to rent mopads and they would not allow us to because another group of 3 rental all 5. How does that make any sense? When I asked if we can just rent the other 2 the two female employees working were extremely disrespectful and rude to me and kept saying “no”. If i could give 0 or even negative stars I would. The female employees should not be employed there at all and should not be speaking to customers. I would not recommend this place to anyone at all. Ever.

Original posting: 6/23/20 I reserved a cart online 5 days before arrival. When I never received a confirmation I called and was told “if you didn’t get an error message it went through”. I thought that was strange but went with it anyways. Once we got to the island we waited in line for OVER AN HOUR to pick up our cart that was already reserved! Once we got to the desk they couldn’t find our reservation and thankfully had another cart. We originally reserved a 4 seater but was given a 6 seater which was much harder to maneuver and ended up costing more. I’m just thankful those were the only problems we faced after reading others reviews. They need to upgrade their processes to be more efficient.
*** Update- since posting this I noticed I was charged TWICE once for the 6 seater, and again for the 4 seater reservation they claimed did not go through!! I have sent an email to try to resolve. I will update this review through the process****
Update Part 2 6/11/24 - I was unable to get in contact with Delaware Golf Cart Rentals after many attempts. I reached out to my bank and fought the charges to get my money back.

Beware! Bring your own lock for your cart if renting here. Keys are universal and leaves your cart vulnerable to being easily stolen. Ours was stolen at our hotel and was ticketed because it was illegally parked while not in our possession. We were left without a cart for the night as the company tracked it down. There are no refunds so be careful what you sign. Company said they'd take care of the ticket but watching credit card carefully to make sure I'm not charged. Also requires you to leave your driver's license or credit card with them entire time of rental.

Rented a cart online but when we got there they couldnt find the order. $95 for that rental and they would look and refund
Went ahead and rented another for $85 thinking they would straighten it out. Called several times and sent emails with pics of both charges on credit card and never received a refund and never got a response after first contact. Last Sept! Will never do business with them again.

STOLE $315.00 from me!!! DOUBLE CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD. WON'T ANSWER ME BACK! EVEN SENT THEM A COPY OF MY ORIGINAL RESERVATION THAT THEY COULDN'T FIND WHEN I GOT THERE. I even sent them a pic of the credit card charges like they asked me to...still no answer from them. I know that I will NEVER rent from them again! *UPDATE* 10/10...still nothing and now Discover Card is after them!
