“A week ago today my wife, three month old son, and myself were on the way home from Columbus after a weeklong stay in a children’s hospital when our car overheated and forced us to stop at a rest area to regroup. A tow truck driver was at the rest area when we pulled in dropping someone else off, and that’s how my family met Derek. As soon as he saw my wife and son, he was insistent that he was not going to leave us and would get us home safely. Not only did he do that, but he was a perfect gentleman who made sure my precious cargo was comfortable and had all their needs met while doing so. He saved us a few hours and a considerable amount of frustration and worry.”

“I came in to have a flat tire fixed on my daughter’s car. Within 10 minutes, the spare was removed and the flat tire plugged and mounted. No charge! This is my second time dealing with Katz Tire and I couldn’t be more impressed. Very friendly and quick. Highly recommended.”

“The staff is knowledgeable and polite. I recently heard a noise in my car that was not consistent so i stopped by and asked them to go for a ride. They did without hesitation and then scheduled time to put it on the rack to see what it was for sure. After the appointment they took the time to search for warranties and recalls. They definitely could have taken advantage of the situation and just did the expensive repairs but instead they took care of me completely and went out of the way to not only make sure my car was repaired but to make sure it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. I’m glad I found this shop when I did a few years ago. I would never go anywhere else. Great people and great work. Highly recommended”

Ron is a great guy. They fix the problem or tell you the truth of the situation without trying to upsell you, scare you, or make you think you need things that you really don't. Just an honest, down to earth shop. Because of this and their great reputation they did take awhile to get things in if its not a dire emergency, so schedule as soon as you can.
