“They are the nicest people!! I had taken my SUV to the Honda dealership in Marysville & got the worst treatment (even though we bought it from there!) from the mechanics & people who work at the service dept. They also told me nothing was wrong with my read driver side tire even though it was consistently leaking between 5-10 lbs of air every couple days/week.THANKFULLY I stopped in after work one day & they were able to not only find the small hole & plug it, he was able to do it in a matter of maybe 10-15 mins total! Only charged $16 and its been over a week driving on it daily & hasn't leaked one bit!So glad I came there. It would have cost .e more somewhere else & I wouldn't have been treated so kindly or had it taken care of so quickly!Highly recommend this gas station/mechanic!!!”

“We accidentally ran over this brush in front of the Richwood Bank. It punctured a hole in our tire. Thank God it was a slow leak. We made it over to Richwood Tire & Auto Center without an appointment. They had us back on the road in 20 minutes. They are an amazing local company and really go out of their way for the community. “Had a tire and valve stem replaced. the newer tire they put on still has 80% tread and they only charge $37, mounting, balance and disposal of old tire included in price. they even took my spare off and put the new one back on and did it all quickly.”
“We are from out of state and picked up a nail somewhere on our journey. Too busy on Mondays bc they get shipments of tires in that day so they’re swamped. No big deal, the nail was protecting the tire so we made an appt for today. Not only did it only take 15 minutes upon arrival to patch (not plug) the tire, they did not charge us and told us to return when we had a real problem. This is a tire store that didn’t charge us to fix a tire!! Amazing service and management!! We will definitely be back if we pass back through!! Thank y’all!!”
