I have excellent, respectful and very pleasant delivery service Monday thru Saturday. BUT Sunday and Holiday delivery has a lot to be desired. I received an email that my package had been delivered today. It had, to my garbage box! Right on top and the mailbox is right across the driveway from it. Pathetic service, I'd rather waited till the next work day.

I don't vote or have a military or student Id and they told me that I would have to perform a second form of Id ? I then asked if I could use a rent statement they said no then I asked if I could use a government issued card they said no ? what a joke I told the lady well u won't be getting my money at this one and I be blunt about what she told me cause I don't like lying

If you can, go anywhere else. The workers are rude and refuse to do their job if you come in less than an hour before they close.

Can never bring mail on time even when you call them been waiting weeks had someone bring mail directly in before the carrier left and they said they didn’t have my mail they don’t know how to do their jobs

They have been fine for years the past 3 weeks i have not been receiving packages on Daisy drive. I get a notification saying unacessible. Sometime i get some then sometimes I dont. Then i go to the post office about it and guess what they cant find it.

Here is my thoughts: the mail carrier that drives the black SUV is amazing. I wish I knew his name. He goes above and beyond. Now the other mail carriers that fill in when he's on vacation I usually don't get my mail then. The office staff always very nice and helpful but when I mail stuff out it's a 50/50 shot if it arrives ? Not sure why.Overall thank you for all you do.

Anytime I have a package that won’t fit in the mailbox. The driver will not get out of the car to put it on my porch. I then get an email saying “driveway/front door unaccessible”. Which makes no sense because I will get mail that day AND other packages that are way smaller and DO fit in the mailbox. This happens EVERY TIME when I have a bigger package.

Our mail carrier is excellent, going over and above to make sure we get any package. I wish I knew his name so he would get credit. If it’s too large to fit in our mailbox, he drives up around the back of our house... we live at the end of a dead end road. The ladies at the post office itself are always very helpful too.

I think the postal carriers for the Proctorville area are absolutely wonderful! Every year they voluntarily participate in the Stamp Out Hunger food drive. Collecting food while they are delivering mail is very difficult, but they still do it. I think they're great. Thank you!
