“Local small business that has been at the same location for most of my life. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Only downside and reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the hours are slightly limited Monday thru Friday and a very small window of time on Saturday and true to WV heritage they are closed on Sunday. So make sure to pick up your prescriptions on your lunch break. But you will never have to wait for refills. Every time I have went to pick up one or two refills they already have all my prescriptions refilled for the month and ready for pickup as soon as I walk in. You only have to wait for the cashier to find the bag with your name on it. Wonderful small business that the local community should support.”

“I love CVS, and have been frequenting one of their stores or another for 30 years now. But lately, if it wasn't for coupons n such, I wouldn't be able to afford them! Anyway, besides the high prices, this particular store is always clean and stocked with friendly, professional employees who seem to enjoy their jobs. Thumbs up. ?”

“This is hands down the absolute best Pharmacy. Myself and my husband started using Genoa back in the winter because the pharmacy we were using had upped the price on a medicine that our insurance won’t cover. Their prices are the cheapest I’ve found in the area. Today they absolutely knocked it out of the park though. Hannah, Michelle and front clerk(I can’t remember her name) are the greatest. They didn’t have to help me today. They went above and beyond and saved me 100s of $$$. They have my business for life.”

“Very clean store. Very well laid out and easy to navigate around. But it's still Walmart so to big but not much we can do any that if we want those low prices, right! No one stopped me at the door to check for a receipt so that's awesome!”

“I have been a customer of this store for years. Until last year, I had never seen an employee actually approach people (who were obviously looking for something) and offer to help. I've noticed her assisting numerous customers throughout my weekly visits but never said anything to her. Last week, she asked if I would like for her to help pick out a balloon bouquet for a cake I had purchased. We went back to the Floral Department and she asked that I excuse her for a moment while she went to look for something special. She saw a man who was trying to change an arrangement by adding Roses AND he was attempting to change the price from a smaller arrangement to the one he wanted which was much larger. She said politely, "Sir, May I ask what you are doing?" He fumbled around and told her he was making his own arrangement. She told him that she saw him trying to get the tag off of the other basket and replace it for a lower price. He denied it. She asked him to please leave the store. He told her he wanted it anyway, so she walked with him to the cashier to ensure he didn't take the item without paying and then apologized to me for the inconvenience. This employee deserves a bonus or something. She could have let him get by with this. I asked if she was a manager and she responded that she was just a part time employee, but cared about her job and did not appreciate people who did not pay for items. It seems she works in every department as I've seen her in all areas. She will look for items and go above and beyond to help customers. Nobody does that especially as crazy as it is in today's time. Thank you, Regina for being an exceptional employee. Lee R. Marcum”

“The Huntington Walmart Pharmacy staff always help me get my meds in a timely fashion even though I usually get my prescriptions at another Walmart out of state. The staff have been courteous and responsive each time I need to transfer the meds from my Walmart back home even though it takes extra effort on their part.”

“I’ve always like going to Fruth since I was a kid, but we don’t really go there too much anymore. I would like to spend more money there but everything there is so marked up and expensive. We don’t ever go there anymore because of that reason if they would fix their prices and not try to make all kinds of money off everything they would get a lot more business and in the end probably make more money than they do now and I have more customers so they can update the store. It’s been the same since I was a kid and I’m 35 now.”

“I Walgreens better than rite aid. They have a bettee selection of items. Store was redone and looks way better. I have had no issues at this location but they was going to refund me.for an item I did not have a receipt for but they pulled it up with my number. The female manager was never able to put it on a gift card so I just left. Besides that the place is ok.”

“I love shopping at Sam’s. I don’t remember a bad experience. However, there was good reviews online for the optical department. But that was not the case. My husband and I are senior citizens. I was told the cash price for a visit was $100. Fortunately, I had Humana vision insurance. So, after the visit the optometrist took a copy of my insurance card and charged me and my husband $75 for a visit. I was told I would get a refund after the insurance paid. The insurance paid $101 and I paid $75. So as a senior citizen I paid $75 more than if I would have paid cash. Nick Webers webpage stated he took what Medicare paid. Not true. He took advantage of senior citizens. What kind of person does that. I will never use Sam’s optical services again.”

“I couldn't find a pharmacy in the area for one of my medications. No one (I tried five different ones) had it in stock or could order it and they had no idea why. Finally my nurse located some at Walgreens in B'ville on Rt 60 next to Kroger. They only had enough for five nights and they didn't have the correct dosage but I left there knowing that I was going to be able to sleep for five nights. They answered all my questions and were so professional and helpful. The technician told me that she had ordered the remainder of the prescription and they should be in in two days. When I returned, my insurance company was refusing to pay for the remainder until next Wednesday which would have left me without Rx for two nights. The pharmacist tried to explain the situation to my insurance but they wouldn't budge. I ended up paying for it myself but the technician told me how to submit it to my insurance after next Wednesday so that I should be reimbursed. I was a first-time customer there and they treated me like family. I live within 5 miles of another Walgreens but they weren't interested enough to help me locate my Rx so I will happily drive to B'ville to this AMAZING pharmacy where my new friends work.”

“My favorite pharmacy. Won’t go anywhere else. Danny is the most caring pharmacist and always remembers everyone. Very knowledgeable. Julian is a fast knowledgeable tech. I miss Shane who was always joking. Pam is fast and knows her stuff. I don’t have to wait long either.”
