They are letting the place get run down. Some units are in disrepair with doors busted in.
The security gate hasn't been fixed for a couple of weeks...

Place is run down. Thieves can easily get into your storage unit by opening an empty or broken unit and using the dry wall ceiling to walk to your unit. I would find somewhere else. Extremely disappointed with this place. Security is a joke and code never changes.

It is run down, and not secure, people hanging out in their storage unit smoking crack I caught them doing it. Ceiling fell in on my unit and asked the manager to have it fixed. I was told they wouldn't fix it, however if I wanted to do it they would reimburse me. LOL. Don't rent there!!

People steal from here regularly. Then have yard sales down the street at the Lawrence county fair grounds. Also they have changed their name to Inca Aztec Storage.

Well my new camper was broken I’m to .. all the storage locks broke an the frames was bent from bein pried open . An my stuff was stolen an the stop place says nothing they can do .. the camera system is old an they don’t have time to look at them .. so I’m screwed with a loss .. moving my camper somewhere else

The area that it's and it's kind of out of the way and it's not very well lit. However, that work at the office are awesome!! They are never rude, even on a Saturday morning.

Just want to say that this facility looks really nice, the new paint job really spruced it up a lot. Also if you are looking to store your belongings in this area this is the place to be. The workers there Amanda and Kelly have been so helpful every time i have called to pay on my grandparents storage. I have been telling all my friends this is the place to be. Amanda was so understanding with my kids the day we came in to rent the unit. I mean what person would allow a flying toy to hit them in the head and not get upset about it. So thankful for all the help girls.
