For a smaller hardware store they sometime have things the big box store don't. I needed an electrical splice kit for #2 ser and they were the only store to have it.

So I go in to buy a washer for my leaky hose bib and a gentleman in the back behind the counter ask me if I needed any help. I'm just looking for a plumbing washer so he walks back all excited to help me and says well I got to rebuild kit over here that has everything you need it's only $21. And I said Oh I think I just need the washer.... so he points me to the aisle where the washers are and said well you can find one over there and walks away.$00.79 fixed it. They must work on commission ?

Friendly and helpful staff. Couldn't get the lawnmower to start and they figured out the issue within 5 minutes.

I've been to Zettlers Hardware 4 times in the last month and everyone has been very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

Chris helped my wife and I with a paint dilemma. He was very patient and kind and really cared enough to help us. He solved everything for us and we were very happy when we left! Hard to find that type of customer service anywhere, we will be back!

Outstanding customer service! Even though I didn't see what I wanted on the shelf, I was given fast assistance to help me find what I was seeking. Cashier was kind and patient and didn't rush me through. Appreciative!

I have bought a lot of things from this store in the past 2 months. Included among them were a defective garden hose and a toddler gate/fence still in its original packaging because 2 other identical gates i tried to use were so useless I threw them away. Today, I went to return the garden hose and the unopened gate. They said I needed my receipt. I dont keep my receipts on $20.00 items because I know any reliable merchant will stand by its product. Zettler will not. They screwed me out of $50.00 or so. But, I will never spend another dollar at the store, and i will tell anyone I know to not shop there. Bab business decision, Zettler. No, I was not trying to defraud you out of $50.00. It will cost you much more.

The manager had me stand and wait on another cashier sweeping , while the manager was on the check out counter on the telephone Then they tried to sell me flex seal liquid at double their advertised price when I showed her the price on my phone, she states I can't override the charge, she then tells me to have a nice day mam i did tell her that was just a bunch of shit i will never use them again
