I've been going to Wayne's for 6 years and I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else. Employees are professional, honest, and I've never had an issue with their work.
Pricing has always been fair and transparent. You really can't ask for more from your mechanics!

Wayne's Auto Repair was great to work with! They were extremely responsive - not only with getting me in for an appointment, but in getting my car repaired, as well! They also provided options for the repair versus simply staying " ... must be done". Thank you for all your help!!

If you are looking for high-quality auto care delivered by staff who treat you like family and don’t rip you off, you need to meet the guys at Wayne’s. I love the fact that I can speak directly to the technician who services my vehicle. That’s a real plus. Check them out.

Since I couldn't get a word out of my mouth. Here it goes. JUST WOW! Sean S. (shop manager) was extremely rude and disrespectful to me in front of his employees because I brought my vehicle back. I brought it back because the brakes are still not working properly. Telling me in front of everybody that I needed to be educated about cars( he likes to educate others) is disrespectful. How dare I bring my vehicle back to his shop! ANYBODY, who drives would know right away that there is something wrong with the brakes when their brake pedal is firm at first and then all of a sudden starts to sink. So, he gets in the car, pumps the brake pedal a couple of times and we watch the brake pedal do the same thing to him. Gets out of the car angry and proceeds to be disrespectful.
This guy has anger issues and zero patience. And you wonder why your employees don't show up for work. Something you need more education in is customer service.
Watch out for this guy, he will switch on you just like that.

Wayne’s made a significant misdiagnosis for a rattling sound coming from my vehicle’s engine that they attributed to the propeller shaft coupling (which would have been a $1,200 repair for no reason). After a second opinion it turned out that Waynes’ diagnosis was completely incorrect and not the culprit at all- instead, it was the timing chain in the engine (unsure of how this was missed upon the inspection as it is a major repair and apparently not uncommon in the make/model of my vehicle).
Would just appreciate more effort put into diagnosing an issue before citing a non-issue as the culprit and asking for over $1,000. Also, the owner/manager occasionally has a rude disposition and know-it-all attitude. Yes, I understand you are qualified and know better than most of the customers. The fact that you own/run the place confirms that, so there isn’t really a need to make it abundantly clear each phone call.
I’d recommend a different location for car service. Auto Emporium in Hilliard is a good one!

Needed a new engine in my son’s Jag, they took care of everything. Focus was on quality vs getting it out the door as soon as possible. Labor cost was a third of the dealerships. Shawn’s communication and approach was awesome.

Explained everything to me clearly and very knowledgeable. I’ve been to other mechanics where it has been like pulling teeth to get information about the problem or they spent the entire time trying to sell me things. NOT these guys! In fact the person I spoke to first suggested that I contact the other shop to see if there was still a standing warranty on the repairs so I’d be able to save money. They gave great advice on how to better care for my vehicle, all in all an amazing experience and I will be back!

Amazing service from the time you call them over the phone through getting your service done. I normally don't write reviews so this is an exception. They look at it from the customer's point of view and hence a step above the best. My 9 yr old CLS 550 now drives like new!! Happy overall and motivated to own my car for longer.Services: Transmission

Wow, wow, WOW! 10/10 for Wayne’s! These guys are miracle workers! My car was in need of serious repair. Largely due to their Service Manager, Sean, who had to deal with the madness of my 3rd party warranty company, to top notch, expedited, affordable service, and outstanding craftsmanship, I would be extremely hesitant to have my vehicles serviced anywhere else (in fact, I wouldn’t)! From ownership and senior leadership, who were heavily involved in my taxing situation, to their INCREDIBLE staff (Louie and Angel), led by Sean “The Magnificent”, it would be foolish give a second thought to even consider another auto repair shop. I found their quality of service to be second to none and they treated me, my family, and my vehicle as if it/we were their own. Wayne’s is a hidden gem and I couldn’t be more grateful knowing that in our new world of lackluster work, “Old School” mentality, service, and individual care still exists. You will find it at Wayne’s and be as thrilled as I am!Kindest regards and gratitude to Sean, his staff and ownership for having to deal with the likes of me (I can be an ***!), I cannot thank all of you enough!
