The sale representative was very, very helpful. She explained to us as best we could understand how to get a replacement iPhone 14. She order for us and will program it once we receive it.

Elyssa was very helpful in setting up my new company phone.
She transferred everything over from my old iphone to my new one effortlessly.
It was a very wise decision coming in store and having her help me out.
She showed me a new photo app I can use to print off my pictures.
The process was very quick as well despite having to remember my old password.
She was kind, patient, and professional.

Was gave incorrect information regarding cancelling my service and now being charged $600 for misinformation from one of the employees, would either avoid this store or go to a corporate location for your needs.

I’m consistently impressed with the professionalism and customer service provided to me and my family by Nico. He is courteous and attentive. He asked questions and listened to how we use our phones. This enabled him to help us with a plan that best suited our family and business needs. I would highly recommend him, and would absolutely go to him again for future service. We feel like he takes care of us personally and makes sure we don’t feel like “just another customer.” Highly recommend Nico.

We go every couple years to buy our new phones from Verizon Powell. Had the pleasure today with Chad helping me. Chad took great care of me was very knowledgeable and personal, had me in and out. If you’re looking for a new phone definitely look up Verizon Powell and ask for Chad.
