USPS Powell USED to be a fast efficient post office. Not the case anymore. Last few times I was there they only have one clerk ( new employee) working average wait time 20-30 mins. Terrible

Always 5 customers in line with 1 person working as slow as possible. I think the competent front desk guy left.

Repeated calls go unanswered. I have never gotten anyone on the line. It will ring for about 3 minutes and then disconnect.

They delivered someone's credit report to my address . I've lived in my apt for 6 years. Blows my mind that they would deliver someone else's mail especially if they didn't get a mail forwarding alert. So much identity theft could be reduced if USPS would stop being so neglectful, and reckless. Luckily for this other person, I don't open mail not addressed to me, so I won't be stealing their personal information.

I have called this problem to the postal management 3x since we bought this home. I called the main postal office, which was able to get the management to call and say he would make sure deliver of other people mail will stop. Well, that was almost a year ago. I am still receiving other people mail. I placed my last name on the out part of my box and I still get other people mail. Furthermore, I have called the Grace location so many times and no one answers, it just rings and then disconnect.

Explain why the postal worker parks and brings a package to our porch but at the same time won't deliver the mail for our mailbox because a neighbor's vehicle is too close. He literally walked by the mailbox to bring our package but skipped our house and the neighbor's for letter delivery. And yes we had mail that was to be delivered that day.

This is the absolute WORST experience I’ve ever encountered… Let’s start with I had a package delivered back in February to the large parcel box at my apartment, went to open it to receive my package and the key just completely crumbled … why was this key given(you can tell before a key even breaks especially the condition it was in for it to crumble as it did). I called customer service who put in a service ticket and they communicated with this location and said it would be resolved in 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS. I checked everyday up until 3/11 and the broken parcel key was still inside of my mailbox untouched, no new key to get my package, no note, nothing. Called customer service again and they stated this location closed the ticket and said it was resolved… which they lied… and customer service deeply apologized and said it should have BEEN resolved within 24hours so my ticket was reopened 3/12… Later that night I get home to my mailbox to get my mail out and there was no mail in my box, the broken key was gone, and the new key was already inside of the parcel box….. so not only did they take my mail they took my package.. called customer service again today and they apologized again and helped the best they could…. Said I should have received some type of communication in which I didn’t…. I then called this exact location and the lady asks the carrier where my mail and package was and she says “Your mail is on hold because you shove all the junk mail to the back and get your important mail out” which has never happened because I grab my mail every 2-3 days because it’s never a lot. Then she goes on to say YOU lost the other half of the broken mailbox key, how could I possibly lose something that never moved from inside my mailbox? Only thing that could have happened is when she was trying to “be funny” and remove my mail from my mailbox she knocked it out and didn’t realize. Not once did I get an apology from this location, the only thing I received was a “you need to pick everything up from here” So I’ve waited an entire month for a broken key to be resolved to get my package…. And now I’m being blamed for things that never took place? I’m being blamed for THEIR actions??? Absolutely mind blowing & now I have to leave MY JOB early to pick up something that should have NEVER BEEN MOVED IN THE FIRST PLACE… just absolutely unacceptable… I wish there was another location I could move to because this one is no help, not considerate, and just doesn’t care at all. Disgusting.

Excellent service always. They never misplaced a mail or delivered late. Service at the USPS Powell location is fast and courteous. Easy passport service with onsite photo too

They have the have probably the most rude and unhelpful workers, especially the 2 Indian gentleman who are there the majority of the time. It’s a convenient location but I dread going there. Most recently I had a 30 minute appointment slot to get myself and my son a passport. I had the wrong paperwork for my son but had everything I needed for myself. The appointment time was at 10 AM and I had 30 minutes to do my paperwork and he turned me away because the appointment was for both of us and he would not process mine even though I had all the paperwork and we had 30 minutes for the appointment slot. He turned me away. I cannot believe That, even though I was there on time for my appointment, there was 30 minutes in the appointment time and we had plenty of time to get everything done- he would not process my paperwork and turned me away. I should’ve been allowed the allotted time to at least process my passport and reschedule for my child later. I am livid.

I have called THIS office, not the ask USPS number, 3 times. Each time, it just rang and rang. In the 3 decades I worked at the Marysville office, we had a 3 ring rule. I thought it wasn't just local.
