I’ve been using Great Lakes for about 5 years now and have always had positive experiences with them. They usually respond within an hour whenever I reach out. They also routinely check to see if they can find me a better rate without me even having to ask. In my experience they truly care about their customers. When it comes to regular expenses, insurance may be the only one that I don’t feel like I have to constantly cross shop in order to avoid getting ripped off. Highly recommend.

Great experience with this company. Was able to save me over $1,200 per year for policies that actually have better coverage. I would highly recommend talking to them if you are considering a change.

Were able to save me 2k a year and 5k a year for my coworker. They were incredibly responsive and answered every question I had. They also hand delivered everything to my house and sent me a thank you card for the referral. I’ve told everyone I’ve talked to about insurance, about them.

Bob Green and Pam and the rest of his staff are fantastic. They have always taken great care of me and my business and personal insurance. He even works with those that need help with making payments, and their rates are very competitive!

I'm afraid to say that while in the past, this agency was a great, small local agency, that responded to quote requests and changes quickly and in a friendly way, it no longer is the same. Unfortunately in the last year their customer service has become spotty at best. I had to call multiple times as they never followed up with me, and didn't care to try to keep my business either, as when the initial carrier they had jacked up their rates, it took them days to get a quote back to me, by then I had already researched myself and found a $500 savings total. Their quote? "Couldn't find anything better".
