Staff was very nice. Everything seemed clean. But this is NOT a trampoline park. Compared to the other places I have been with my toddlers, this was LAME and not at all worth the money!!!

Purchased a class pack last year to use for adult Fit Jump classes. Didn't use any for awhile as classes weren't regularly scheduled at the Grove City location, and then it permanently closed (I sent a handful of emails requesting a refund, but to no avail).
Attempted to go the Powell location on a Saturday morning in April and that class was canceled (which seems to happen frequently on Saturday mornings). Made it to a Thursday night class in September and only used the trampolines to warm up (and that was only because I didn't bring gym shoes. Otherwise, they weren't used at all). While it was a good workout, I was so disappointed that the trampolines and foam pit weren't used at all. I talked to some other attendees, and they said that's typical on Thursdays, it's hit or miss on Saturdays, and sometimes on Mondays. Disappointed as that's the opposite of how the classes are advertised. Have no desire to use the rest of my passes and took a big loss with 9 class passes left :-/

The place is little, but it would be a nice place to have a birthday party. I wouldn’t consider it a trampoline park, but it’s enough to let the kids unwind. They have a small game room with a couple massage chairs, so bring some cash. Also, make sure you take grip socks for the kids to wear when bouncing.

Back in 2023, we had a great time here at a birthday party. Came back in May 2024 to find out that half the space has been converted to an athletic (cheer/gymnastics) area. In addition, the athletic students would also frequently come up to use the two remaining large trampolines for practicing their skills during open play. Disappointed in these changes and will not be returning. It’s too small to be worth the price, especially with so many other jump park options in the area.

We went for a birthday party and it was awesome. The staff were super helpful an attentive, one worker even helped me carry our presents to the party room. It's smaller and less hectic than the larger "jump zones" which was also really nice because I didn't have to worry about accidents or older kids being too rough.
Overall, my daughter had so much fun!

I have been to the bounce club on multiple occasions and have never had any issues. This past weekend, however, I had booked a party and was expecting the private party room located at the front of the facility. It was not communicated to me that the party would actually be in a room in the back that is more of a locker room where people who were not a part of the party would be coming in and out of. This happened on multiple occasions where kids were coming in and out of the room that isn’t actually a private room. Needless to say that was disappointing and to be charged the same amount as being in the nicer private room located at the front of the facility didn't make a lot of sense to me. I communicated this with the staff who stated there was nothing they could do about it and they could not offer any sort of discount or resolution other than saying “sorry there’s nothing we can do”. One of the employees spoke to the owner and she refused to offer any sort of resolution or discount or issue an apology to me directly. Poor communication is an issue here and I even experienced that when I tried to book the party in the first place. I had difficulty getting someone to return my call when I had questions. The employee who helped with the party was great and I have no complaints on that end.Another issue is during the party there were teenagers who were having lessons at the same time as the party. This is poor business practice to have lessons going on at the same time that 5 & 6 year old's are there for a birthday party as injuries can definitely occur. In fact, an injury did occur at the party where the teenager collided with one of the young girls.*Edited to add the manager did reach out and offer a refund/discount which took a week to receive.

Planned to come all day, checked the website to see what the hours they had open jump and drove 20 miles based on the information on website - but my gas money is down the drain because they are closing for a private party - at least they are sorry for the inconvenience…

My son had a great time at the bounce club tonight thanks to Joe. The newest staff member. He was very kind and sweet and kept my boy entertained the entire time while still making sure the other kids were safe. Even taught him a few new tricks on the trampoline! Thanks Joe!

We had our boys’ birthday party here this weekend and it was amazing! The staff is so kind & helpful, the facility is clean and it was just overall a great time! Highly recommend!
