I dropped a vest off at Frantz location on Thursday for next day pick-up and paid for the rush service. The vest was not ready on Friday. I called on Saturday and my vest was still not ready but was instead at this location. I picked my vest up with a hole in it.... Extremely disappointed and will not be back to any Swan locations.

Very pleased with your wedding gown cleaning and preservation service. Another Dublin-area cleaner quoted me $408 + tax with a 4 month completion time. Swan did it for $244 and was done in less than a month. And did a great job!Services: Wedding gown preservation

I went to have a dress cleaned for a wedding that was taking place in a few hours. The store clerk there said that she was not able to get it done for me in time but reffered me to another location that was able to get the job done and on time for the wedding. Thank you for your help.

Dropped off two rugs for cleaning. One came back looking identical to drop off condition. The other came back worse. Blotches and stains all over it, edges no longer straight. Called to discuss and was transferred. Left a voice mail and never heard back. If you need rugs cleaned, save yourself the $100 for cleaning plus the cost to replace the rug. Just spot clean it yourself. Can't vouch for other services and won't be taking anything else there to find out.

Staff is very friendly. We took in a down comforter with a large stain from out dog getting sick and they got the stain out completely. Highly recommend

Swan Cleaners in the small commercial center at the corner of Glick Road and Dublin Road/745 handled 13 long-sleeved business shirts, light starch, with professionalism. I did a drop off on Monday and picked up on Thursday (after 2pm). The price was in line with today's dry cleaning establishments. The service manager was kind. Yup. I work right around the corner and Swan Cleaners has earned my shirt and slacks business.
