Stay away! I bought 20 sessions on a Black Friday Sale in Nov.2022. I used less than half of the sessions. A new owner took over and told me all of my remaining sessions expired in March 2024. When I purchased the pack I was told they didn’t have an expiration date.The best part was the new owner offered me a ‘free’ 30 minute stretch because of the previous owners/staff mistakes. She also blamed corporate for not allowing her to honor the stretches I paid for. I would have agreed to them honoring even half of them but she refused.Lesson learned, always get a copy of the agreement and not just a receipt.

I made the mistake of showing interest in a free stretch. I have since received approximately 200 spam e-mails, push notifications, forwards, etc. Just today in the span of one hour, I received 14 e-mails from this company. Do not do the free stretch unless you want your e-mail absolutely bombarded. What an absolute nightmare.

Pleasant experience thus far. Walked in with a little hip twinge, left feeling like I could go for a run. Hoping to increase my range of motion and improve my overall wellbeing. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for help with tight stiff muscles and joints.

I showed up to my 3:30p appointment today 10 mins late so 3:40p and this place was closed.........Your hours are until 4p. You don't close EARLY unless you inform those who have appointments that YOU ARE CLOSING EARLYI was NOT notified.

The Powell Stretch Zone is amazing! I have super tight hamstrings and calves. I have been having issues with my left calf for several months. The guys do a great job lessening up my muscles - so that it’s easier for me to stretch them at home using the stretches they show me. When I’m done with my session my legs feel like I could walk for days on end. My sessions are my favorite time if the week. Run, don’t walk, to get your first free stretch - you’ll be hooked!

I had been experiencing alot of low back, hip and knee issues for quite some time. After not getting any relief from traditional medicine, I opted to try Stretch Zone. It has been super beneficial from the first consultation visit. Nick A has been my stretch therapist and has been very attentive to my specific issues providing stretches to work on my target areas. The resistance stretching has been a great addition to my overall health and fitness plan.

This is the best thing I have done for myself in the last year. Assisted stretching is the best way to stretch. They have great therapists. Nick always does a great job. The app is very easy to use for scheduling. Good concept, good system, good people. Highly Recommend.

Better than I expected. Paul was very down to earth and clear when giving instructions. He was very knowledgeable and I feel about 5 years younger from one session! The place is very clean, and the receptionist was very nice! Definitely recommend.
