Pregnant got food at 3:45 and they said I couldn’t use one of their chairs to sit. Lawsuit ??? Maybe you guys should figure it out because not letting someone sit in a CHAIR IS RIDICULOUS. Will NOT be coming back no matter what.

I understand being understaffed and busy but I’ve waited at the drive thru multiple times (over 15 minutes) without a single or multiple employees even acknowledging me. A simple acknowledgment of a customer being at the window and asking them to wait would be sufficient.

Visited this location with a friend last night, I got home around 1:30 am realizing that my HOUSE and CAR keys were missing from my purse. I called the first time:
Me: “Hi I was wondering if you guys found any keys in the bathroom?”
Worker: “No”
*hangs up*
I’ll called them again since the call was cut short and someone else picked up:
Me: “Hi I was there earlier and was wondering if anybody found any keys in the women’s bathroom?”
Worker: “let me check.”
A few minutes pass by
Worker: “No I didn’t see any keys in the bathroom.”
Me: “okay, is it okay if I leave my phone number in case someone finds-“
Worker: *hangs up*
Bruh- I’m all for treating workers right, and grateful that they checked, but this was probably the rudest experience I’ve ever had with customer service. Luckily I found my keys later that night, but still had the anxiety while looking for them that they were probably at this location. If they were, and someone did turn them in later that night, I would have no idea since they hung up on me mid conversation, and needed to drive with a friend 45 minutes back to Powell, and look myself. If anyone had any questions and wanted to call this location (especially at 1:30 AM) don’t even bother. I hope the workers have a great day and hopefully treat someone else in a similar dilemma with respect and patience.

As long as they’re “BLACK PEOPLE FRIENDLY” I am cool with the company… a lot places in the predominantly white bourgeoisie communities aren’t accepting of Black people rather you’re rich, middle class, and working low income. The staff was stocking the shelves and cleaning up in there and no one profiled me or treated me weird.

Sheetz is now the best in central ohio! Many location all over dublin, powel, hilliard, columbus, reynoldsburg! Any many more!This one is one of the few locations in Powell! Very clean and well maintained!

I love waiting 15 minutes in the drive through, driving 20 minutes away, then realizing they gave me the wrong sandwich with something I'm allergic to on it. Great job. And the attitude of the employee at the window was awful. He was absolutely miserable being there and was taking it out in the customers.
