“We started Teaching Tree in September of 2022 after our beloved in home daycare unexpectedly had to close. I was nervous to try a new daycare as our old one was the only we knew and my girls were very comfortable there. Today I can happily say I’m thrilled with the decision we made in switching our girls to the Teaching Tree. My oldest daughter is particularly shy and reserved, so I was very nervous on the impact this change would have on her and I cannot speak highly enough of how well the teachers and staff handled the transition for her. They were incredibly patience and understanding and today, both my girls run into the girls and can’t wait to go! I’ve also been so impressed with how much both girls have learned in such a short amount of time. It’s very difficult to find childcare that you trust and I’m so glad I’ve trusted the Teaching Tree with my girls- I highly recommend them if you’re looking for childcare! Ps- special shout out to Miss Jessi- she is my favorite person on the planet and my youngest daughter adores her!”

“Kiddie Academy of Powell goes above and beyond in every single meaning of the phrase. The educational support, the social support, and the emotional support that they provide both my children and myself is enormous. I never imagined being so comfortable and confident when I drop my children off at preschool. I have three children that are in preschool with Kiddie Academy, so we have experience with multiple teachers and classrooms. Every single person I’ve met there has been phenomenal.Another layer for me when initially searching for schools was that my oldest has some extra needs. I expressed concern about the developmental delays and whether my child was appropriate for their environment. The staff were more than open to exploring and we enrolled him after discussing it a bit more and introducing everyone. I am so thankful as son is thriving in the environment in every way.Beyond grateful for the compassionate, intelligent, and well-equipped staff at kiddie academy Powell, but especially the director. I have never met a more selfless, real, and kind person. They are lucky to have her, and we are too ?.For those thinking of sending their kids, I will list some of the additional reasons that I decided this was our school- CAMERAS. I love being able to check in on my kids and see how they’re doing. I trust the teachers at Kiddie Academy to the fullest extent, but it does provide peace of mind.- EDUCATION. The class rooms and lessons are perfectly set up for my children and their growing minds.- ACCEPTANCE. Having a child that is developmentally delayed comes with its own challenges. Without hesitation, Kiddie Academy was ready and willing to help support my child. Once they were able to establish that they had that means to care for him, they opened their arms to my family. My son has made gigantic strides every single day and is becoming a more confident and capable boy.- FLEXIBILITY. Every single time I have asked for help or a change in schedule or some sort of assistance. Kiddie Academy has done what they can to accommodate. As a single parent, this is life saving!- WORTH THE COST. I have no cons besides the fact that in 2023 and it cost a kidney to send your kid to any prek, but that is not unique to Kiddie Academy. For those who are considering preschools, this is a good deal and my money is well spent. They get fed and cared for better than they do at home!!! They have been very accommodating when I have needed adjustments within the scope of the prek contract.To anyone seeking childcare, this is the gold standard. I would recommend Kiddie Academy to any parent looking for not only care for their child, but a community for them to grow.To our friends at Kiddie Academy, keep up the good work!
