Stopped in on March 15th for a car wash. I checked the Blue Hippo car wash website beforehand and noted they have advertised a very modern car wash with the conveyor belt style system that pulls you through as opposed to the old fashioned track type system that risks damaging your wheels especially with wider rims. When I arrived at the car wash I noticed first off the price does not match what is shown on the website, each car wash is a few dollars more expensive. Next I pull up to the tunnel and notice this location does not in fact have the newer style conveyor system that is touted on their webpage. reluctantly I pull into the track. The employee does a fairly half a** job pretreating my car before the wash begins, as I go through the wash I notice first the wash roller on the left is not working and the wheel cleaner sprayer does not activate despite paying for this service. As we get to the "spotless" rinse process a completely inadequate volume of water comes out leaving soap residue all over my car. I spoke with the employee working the oil change area and he was friendly and promptly gave me a code to go through again, I went through a second time and to no surprise there was still soap residue all over my car. At this point I just gave up and left and now I have to wash my car myself after wasting money and time. So in summary, website has wrong price and misleading description of wash equipment and the car wash itself is obviously not working correctly and should not even be operating if it can't properly rinse the soap off. Would never return to this location for car wash.

I always get my vehicles washed here and have started getting oil changes as well. First time I took my new truck there I wasn’t sure what type of oil was recommended. James took the time to explain the differences and similarities between oil types that were recommended for my vehicle and was happy to do so. I recommend blue hippo for this service!

Got me in and out in 5 minutes which sounds nice except the workers didn’t tighten my oil drain bolt so over the course of a week it popped off and I came outside to a pool of oil covering half of my parking lot. If you employ dangerous people you cause dangerous situations. Now I’m out 50 bucks for an oil change and my car is damaged. Thanks havoline, won’t be returning.

Whenever i get a low tire pressure sign on my car, I always stop by and the staff is so friendly and willing to quickly check and add air if needed. No pressure for other services but I do use this company for car washes as well.

I stopped by 10/11/23 at 4:45 for an oil change, after leaving work early. Oil change side was closed. I was told by car wash guys, "owner said they could close early since they weren't busy"According to your website 5:00 & 6:00 are your busiest times.I used to take 3 cars there back years ago and never had this happen....Disappointing

I wish I had read the recent reviews before paying for this car wash. It is broken. Never touches the top of your car and doesn't rinse. Leaves dirty soap water all over your car and then tries to blow it dry.
