My geriatric cat properly named Geras for the Greek God of the elderly developed glaucoma in his right eye. I knew of Powell Veterinary Clinic through a friend so I reached out for some advice. Dr. Sherer took her own time to do some research on his current and previous treatments. Dr. Sherer's commitment to her profession is amazing !!! Geras's eye pressure is back to normal !!! The entire staff was very accommodating and the clinic is very clean. Highly recommend !!!

Terrible vet. They messed up Billing and sent us a 4 month old invoice that they created. Unfortunately, we paid it even though it was there mistake. I will be reporting them to the BBB

Terrible with paperwork. All about the money. But they did send me a $10 off birthday coupon for my dogs birthday… the dog THEY did the “end of life” service for two years ago…. Thanks for the reminder PVC. This clinic is overpriced. Go to Best Friends where the care is excellent and prices are much more reasonable.

Expensive, and some charges are not disclosed until you see the invoice. When scheduling my dog's euthanasia, I asked if I needed to stop at the payment desk and they said 'no', what they should have said was 'no, we will bill you'. A couple of weeks later I received this obscure envelope with no return address that I almost tossed but it was my dog's euthanasia statement. Surprise! My dog received an injection and the vet indicated there would be NO side effects, however, he experienced several unpleasant side effects and I had to pay for the medication to relieve his side effects. Also no discount for multiple animals; I had 4 at one time and they would not extend a discount. I also have made several inquiries about my dog's behavior but received unsatisfactory responses.

After 20 years here. I made an appointment yesterday for my dog who has been limping since Sunday. . And, today dog is no longer limping. Called to cancel. 59$ late cancel fee. Must cancel within 24 hours. I made the appointment less than 24 hours ago. I have spent enough money there to put those fancy solar panels on the roof. I'm now done with this practice. Not because of the care but the ridiculous policy. It isn't as if I'm a new client , or I didn't spend over $1000 this past month alone there.
