This company is only about money. I went in for 5 physical therapy sessions and paid a $20.00 copay each time. My insurance company paid over $100 per session and they still billed me for $200 additional. I did not use any equipment other than a couple of resistance bands, leaned against a wall to stretch a bit, and used a doorway for another stretch. My PT wasn't even with me the whole time, they were checking on other things while I stretched. So for 45 minutes worth of stretches that I could have easily performed at home, I am expected to pay $160 per session. I called to complain only to be told time and again that I owed them money. I asked for supervisor calls to discuss this and never received a follow-up call. If this wasn't going to affect my credit I would have never paid, but then they hold your credit hostage so they can force you to pay for exorbitant prices. This company is what is wrong with insurance and medical prices in the US, the PT's might be great and helpful but the company could care less about the patient because for them it's only about the money.
