Always friendly people. Clean store. Easy to get what I need. Haven't used any of the grooming services since I do that stuff myself, but otherwise this has been the only pet supplies store I've been too in the past three years since I moved just south of Powell.

We got the nail trim. My chihuahua mix is usually persnickety when it comes to getting her nails trimmed. They were very helpful in helping to calm her. She didn't love it, but no one got bitten! They did a very nice job!
