Love love love coming here! The owner, Lan is the sweetest woman ever. She absolutely killed my most recent set just like she always does. Her shop is quiet and has a great vibe. It's calming. I got a dip manicure. This color combo is perfect for summer barbie. The chrome makes the pink have a pearly shine. I got #480 with chrome powder in 'sqoval' shaping.

I usually just pop in and usually get someone right away. Once in a while I'll call ahead and they tell me to wait 30 minutes or come right away. They are always friendly and I get a great mani/pedi for a great price.

Owner was eager to please my experience until her acrylics were not placed correctly and within 3 days chipped off.
Owner claimed it must of been somebody else who did this, but it was actually her the owner.
Shame her the owner who didn’t take responsibility for her incompetence. So she wants a 100.00 for a man and pedi plus a 20% tip.
Shame on you for taking advantage of children and their parents for your benefit.
No wonder you have no business.

I went a couple of days ago and the owner wasn't there that day. She is always so friendly and efficient. She does an excellent job. There were three men there and I had the older one. I wasn't very happy with the service. He's not very friendly and short tempered. Lan is excellent and has great customer service. The others need to work on their customer service.

I called twice to confirm how much a dip manicure was & to make an appointment. I expected so much more, with the location being right in the heart of downtown Powell. Parking was extremely difficult..since they only have a couple parking spaces out front, the main parking lot to the left is for Local Roots only (a restaurant next door). So if you can't find front parking, you will have to find street parking around the downtown or other parking lots and walk over. The inside was very dirty, I actually couldn't believe my eyes. They haven't updated anything in years and it was just so gross. I am shocked it has lasted this long in Powell with the cleanliness & customer service alone. The woman in there was very nice. They seemed very disorganized though. I was switching between 2 nail techs left and right. It was so confusing. The man was honestly the most rude customer service person I have ever dealt with in my 28 years. He reeked of cigarette smoke, was sick. I was waiting for snot to go on my hands with how sick he was. I mean you shouldn't deal with customers at that level..stay home. He did a horrible job with my nails. He left hangnails. Did not care at all. He didn't give me a manicure, which I booked the appointment for, he glared at me for many seconds before huffing and puffing about doing a manicure on me. He also said it would be an extra $10.00 for the mani. But I said the lady on the phone said it was $50.00 for everything. So nothing was aligning. All he did was clip my cuticles. No hot water soak, no lotion, nothing extra at this place. I just wanted an awesome night with my mom & we didn't get that. You bet I will never be back. The biggest waste of $$$ I have ever spent.

My last two pedicures have not been of the same quality as in the past. They barely last 2 weeks. So sad because in the past I have had excellent service. Think I'm going to have to change services

Wonderful pedicures! The massage was awesome and my toes looked great. It was very relaxing and it was quiet so I was able to enjoy my time there. Highly recommend.

Please save yourself the time I called they said to come in so I could get a pedicure and when I walked in they were already four people waiting and I ended up waiting an hour and then once I finally had some assisting me for the signature pedicure it lasted 10 minutes. It was not thorough and the guy just walked away without giving me any direction about what to do next. Please save yourself the time and money.Also, two people walked out, and two people came back because their paint jobs were not good from their recent manicures. All while I was in there for two hours for a basic pedicure.

Honestly I never write reviews, but I'm truly shocked how this place has 4 stars. I am super easy going, but this place was awful. They were so understaffed that people were walking out, even after having their feet soaking in the pedicure chair. They were out of every color I wanted (note I asked to a basic light purple, then a light pink and then another light pink) to the point where I just asked for a clear duo to do a color French with gel... and my clear dip was pink so no French was going to even look good with it. They also charge extra for almond shape and gave no discount for not having any colors. Not to mention the actual inside was old and they were playing tv shows from the early 2000's that kept glitching.
