Used the app very easily. Pulled up gave the code. Got to the window. Only negative was I was not thanked by the person who gave us the food.

I don’t know why they can’t help me when their app breaks. It’s beyond frustrating and then the people act like it’s not their problem. If the restaurant accepts the app, then it’s their problem. All Columbus McDonald’s are owned by one person anyway. Figure it out!

I want to thank the tall man with the braids for helping me order my Egg McMuffin without meat. I felt dumb because I couldn't figure how to order on the Kiosk. I was also impressed how fast my sandwich was ready. It was so fresh & delicious! Thank you!

We had a long day at the zoo, stopped by this McDonalds to feed 8 people. We got all of our food (they didn't forget a single item), made correctly AND it was hot and delicious.

Bad place to eat, personal inside are not trained, I place a order o by phone pick up and then they make the order wrong, also fries are old burger look pretty bad and the most important thing I wait for a three items more than 25 min on the curbside spot I really not recommend this place to

Consistently good and reliable.Please for the love of Ronald, get rid of the "Hello, will you be using the mobile app?" message at the drive through. It's obviously completely pointless as your answer has no bearing on how the transaction plays out.

Manager was running the pass, no sauces on tray for nuggets, but got them when I asked. Hard to rate service when the only interaction was handing me a tray, and then me having to ask for sauces. Lobby was clean and spacious food was

I was pleasantly surprised with the night staff because they were the most respectful and kind people I've come across in a while.The ingredients they didn't carry in store they let me know at the window--and they were polite and professional about it.I'd come back for the kind staff, honestly.

Cost .50$ for Mac sauce even though there store 1 mile down the road cost. 35$ stay away. Also for the fact both store hung up on me multiple times for asking simple questions bc "we are busy".Thank you

I'm assuming the computer screen system is very complicated here. The employees seemed so overwhelmed looking at it trying to determine who gets what. Customer service skills are not a priority here. But the food came out OK.
