Got a bill in the mail that I wanted to discuss before paying , no billing phone number on the statement. Every number I've googled for them when I call it says I've reached an error. I don't feel comfortable paying before I discuss it with someone first but also I don't want to get sent to collections this is frustrating really wish I wouldn't have used them at least I know to avoid in the future and to let friends and family know to avoid them. Also a $370.38 charge for a covid test is insane.

Got a bill in the mail gor a test performed on my adult son... no phone number to call and apparently they did not take our insurance info... looks like its going to be a hassle

You cannot get a human on the phone. I would not try this testing center as this place should not be trusted with your social security number and other private information.

Under no circumstances should anyone use this “company”. You have no way to get a live person on the phone. The system they use for PCR is ThermoFisher which has i high false positive rate as per these two publications from CDC and FDA. We had a nightmare experience and want others to look elsewhere for you test.

It's been well over 48 hours and I've gotten no results. You won't get anybody to answer any phone either. It's like a big black hole.

I would have given it 0 stars if it would have let me. I called and got a recording. I then I received a link to paperwork I filled out. They texted me to go to the location, text that I was in the parking lot and somebody would come out to the car. I waited 40 minutes. Nobody came out. Nobody appeared to be there. You cant talk to a live person. TOTAL SCAM

We have used this site and lab three times and they have been very kind in explaining the testing and we received our results in 24-48 hours.

Jumped through all of their hoops to get tested and no one was at the site to test me. Do not waste your time!!!
