Got a bill in the mail gor a test performed on my adult son... no phone number to call and apparently they did not take our insurance info... looks like its going to be a hassle

You cannot get a human on the phone. I would not try this testing center as this place should not be trusted with your social security number and other private information.

Under no circumstances should anyone use this “company”. You have no way to get a live person on the phone. The system they use for PCR is ThermoFisher which has i high false positive rate as per these two publications from CDC and FDA. We had a nightmare experience and want others to look elsewhere for you test.
