We brought a stray cat that we are attempting to domestic to Dr. Miller. They took great care of him, and were very helpful with our questions and concerns. They also got us in on a 2 hour window. Great place, I highly recommend!

The staff is super friendly and caring. They were able to take my cat with a same day appointment and with it being 30 minutes before they closed. The service was really fast and well organized. They are all really lovely people and I really appreciated their service.

I was referred here after not being happy with my last vet. I will never go to another office!! Everyone who works here cares so much about their job and your pet, I know my animals are being seen by the best!

We are new customers of Liberty Pet Hospital, and recently moved our two dogs to the practice. All staff we’ve encountered are kind and helpful. We’ve had the opportunity to work with owner Dr. Miller and Dr. Mariette and both are excellent and caring. Offering convenient hours plus an online pharmacy, this has been a very positive experience, and happy to be here.

This is a well kept practice. The staff and Dr. Marette are very attentive. We had good experiences with the spay surgery as well as the routine well visits. Veterinary care is expensive and I am not sure how much other practices charge, but I recommend getting the wellness plan to help reduce costs.

They take great care of our dog and we trust them. We do have issues with our prescription dog food, joint pills & supplement chews we buy through Liberty Pet Hospital. They've created a level of anxiety for us with a different price every month it seems, and then when they introduced us to their online store as an option that is also different than in-store (pills/chews cheaper online, but it's the reverse with the food). We've gotten "screwed" on both sides of the coin and they aren't willing to budge or help with a credit back. It's frustrating because we're told different things depending who is working at the front desk that day/when we call. We've been told it should be the same exact price whether we pick-up in store or order thru their online pharmacy, and then earlier this week another employee told us that isn't true. It seems like ownership/leadership could give the team better guidance on how to communicate. With the prescription food, we switched to online pharmacy which gave an auto-ship discount for the first order only, and then the second order was going to be like $30 more than the first one, a "hidden" disclaimer that the front desk didn't tell us about. So, now we're back to "in store" for the food.
Right or wrong, it just feels this vet tries to squeeze every single penny they can out of your wallet which is very frustrating. We had to bring our dog in last summer for a concern, and his scheduled exam was the next week, and of course they didn't let us "combine" the visits into one and we had to pay two full exams back to back weeks.
As an FYI, if you don't look at the schedule of shots/vaccines they give you, you'll end up paying 4-6 exams a year and they'll never let you know that. You can combine them if you are proactive about it.
We are just really frustrated by the inconsistency of pricing and confusing answers we get from this office. They don't have any sympathy for over-charging or making things right for the customer. With the dog food, The Hills always has "Coupons" they mail that are applied to the prescription dog food, and it's usually a massive stack on their counter but sometimes they act like they can't scan/use when we pick-up. We are likely looking elsewhere for our dog going forward.

Amazing vet. We take our cat and dog to this veterinarian. They are the best and clearly. Communicate a plan of care with each visit. 11/10 would recommend.

Dr Miller has been our vet for almost 14 years. You will not find a more caring, focused and capable vet for your precious fur babies. I highly recommend Liberty Pet Hospital and all of the staff!!! They are amazing!
