I love Kimberly’s. Chelsea is very personable and knowledgeable. What I thought I wanted ended up not being exactly what we purchased after looking at different options with Chelsea and I couldn’t be happier. Chelsea and Janet are superb! They are willing to answer questions and find solutions to all your jewelry needs/repairs. I have also had them design a stunning custom pendant for my daughter using sentimental stones. They are the gemstone in downtown Powell.

Hands down the best jewelry boutique I’ve ever been to. When selecting our / my engagement ring- I had something pretty rare in mind. We went to several of the local high end stores, which either did not have what I was looking for, tried to change my “dream” ring to make a quick sale or point blank ignored us. So we decided to try a small boutique instead. So glad we did. As soon as I walked in, I saw the ring I had been dreaming of!!! Weird but true! Since then, we

I have been searching forever for a specific pair of earrings from Vera Wang's love collection. I gave up hope a while ago & then last week in a moment of boredom at work I did another search & there they were! My heart dropped! I immediately picked up the phone & called Kimberly's. A very nice woman answered the phone & answered all of my questions. After we hung up she sent several more pictures & a video. I purchased them that day. Kimberly's wasted no time packaging up my earrings & shipping them out to me. I received them today & they are absolutely stunning! Everything I dreamt them to be! Kimberly's packaged my earrings with care for their long journey to my doorstep & included the most adorable pen with a giant diamond ? on top! I will absolutely be watching their website & ordering again if they get something else I'm seeking in! Thank you so much to everyone who worked with me & made this process quick & painless!
