Great experience at this branch (as I've had at every Kemba branch). I could only accomplish what I required while inside the branch, however Brandon handled my needs very quickly (including personalizing my second Kemba debit card, which I REALLY appreciated) while simultaneously heroically battling an imaginary gnat. There was a strange man reading Google reviews of this branch with much gusto, yet the branch was relatively quiet, except for the laughter of the other associate who was not named Kayla, who has never worked there anyway. I would happily recommend this branch including the drive-through, which I am lead to understand can easily handle most banking, yet is apparently reviled. I'm fairly comfortable with technology, though.

I use to love Kemba about 10 years ago but now it seems like it has steadily been declining. This Lewis Center branch is a prime example, as others have stated the employees try to send you through the drive-thru even though your issue may not be able to be addressed through the drive-thru. If you legitimately need help the bankers seem annoyed unless you are bringing in new business. The customer service deserves a one star. Also forget about using Zelle Kemba currently does not support it. It's not a good credit union anymore, bank elsewhere.

Two stars because it isn’t a “real branch” for lack of a better term. If you need to do anything involving actual money they send you to the drive thru ATM. Not sure what the people working there do all day but it’s not a real bank.

Horrible place too bank . Save ur time and stress all they do is bother people . Sent out twoooooooooo car ? payments. And won't give car back ... shame on uuuu. Thief s kemba . And they yell at u ? on the phone. .and make fun of u night right.. ur company should be more friendly ? and not make fun of someone's bill not kembas standards ?

I love this bank! The customer service is excellent and the drive through ATM is easy to use. They are willing to help with anything you need financially!

Terrible bank. Charges a ridiculous amount of fees, get a new account for them not to activate the deposit setting so was not allowed to deposit money which caused account to go negative and causes fees! Steer far away from this bank if you like to keep your money!
