I had an appointment and owner took someone else at my time. put my feet in water for pedicure and I was left to sit there for over an hour. other times that I've went there, I was always charged different prices for same pedicure or gel polish.The quality of the place has gone down. I was rushed and it wasn't a pleasant experience. most of them cannot speak fluent English.

I always go here to get my nails done! Clean environment, very detailed-oriented and precise (she matched the acrylic tips on each side and shaped them very well). Best result for price in the area.Services: Nail extensions

My friend and I came here with the expectation that the prices online was what we were going to be charge. Per the website and acrylic fill is $23. After the appointment she proceeded to tell us we EACH owed $64 FOR A FILL AND COLOR!!!! We did NOT get designs, we strictly got a fill and painted nails WHICH PER THE SITE IS NOT $70!!!! I COULD HAVE GOTTEN A FULL NEW SET FOR CHEAPER THAN THIS!!!Also, for my $70 mail fill in there is HAIR in my nails and she got the polish all over my fingers and tips. DO NOT GO HERE.Service: Acrylic nails

Hands down the best pedicure I've ever had. The gel lasted well over four weeks, and it still looked new!!! They are super nice too AND open on sundays!

Two of my nails chipped within 2 days of my gel manicure. It's been a week, and every single one of my nails have either chipped, or the gel has completely lifted and peeled off. I paid about $40 for this gel manicure, and I could not be more disappointed. Waste of money.

I do go here on a regular basis and always make an appointment but they seem to not quite get the concept. Love Cece, but the gentlemen who answer the phone need to do better on time setting.

Dissapointing. I came for gel nails with my sister for her birthday, being a college student I wanted to use my limited budget on something special but was given disappointment instead. First off, the nail tech answered a 10 minute phone call in the middle of the session, just ride. The nail tech also clipped my cuticles too short to the point of bleeding. When cutting cuticles it is best to actually cut, like using a pair of siscors not to pull the skin away as the girl did. When I asked to wash my hands to clean my bleeding fingers she said no and that she’d “put stuff” on my fingers to stop bleeding. I tried to explain to her that my fingers were bleeding and hurt but she didn’t understand. I would not reccomend this salon.

This place is great. It's a very calm environment and I immediately feel relaxed as soon as I walk in the door. The staff is really friendly, they have a great selection of polish and always leave with perfect nails. I've been to a few places in Powell, but this is by far the best. I highly recommend it!
