This is One Gem of a Gym . IFS is an amazing place. Love Love this place. Bill And Talitha are very caring and amazing owners .The staff and clientele are very friendly and are on a first name basis - unlike other large corporate gyms where I feel like I am just a number. This gym has an amazing vibe . This Place is really Clean and has All the equipment one would need for an amazing workout . . . I have been working out very regularly about 4-5 days a week . They have plenty of towels , cleaning supplies one can use . They have multiple water spots, a Shower and Toilet . Their 24x7 access is a Huge Plus . I Highly recommend this gym . Thank you for all you do there.

This place has an amazing community spirit for all kinds of people and background. As someone who never experienced any gym before at age 58, I thought I tried for a few months to see how I like it. Now I'm in my second year going strong, visiting 4 to 5 days a week. Supported by a team of dedicated staff, I have built a strong awareness towards wellness as a whole. I feel confident, strong and very happy. I recommend this place to everyone! Thank you for all you do there??

I highly recommend IFS to anyone in the area. My family and I have been working out there for a few years and it’s nothing short of exceptional. The owners Bill and Talitha are personable and make an effort to become friends with everyone who walks in the door. They truly care about their members and put all of their time and energy into creating a welcoming, supportive and friendly environment. The gym is also always clean, tidy and taken care of- something that you can’t always find at other gyms. The members and staff are always saying hi to me when I am in their training and that shows the friendly space. All of the staff members care about their personal training clients but also the individuals just coming in for a workout! It’s a wonderful group of people. Couldn’t say any bad things about IFS!

This is a great workout facility with a ton of helpful staff with great tips. I trained with Teresa and she is quite possibly one of the kindest trainers I have met. The entire atmosphere of this facility is welcoming and hospitable. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience here and will be recommending it to others.

I joined IFS a few months ago and absolutely LOVE it! Everyone, including the owners, trainers and members are always extremely inviting and friendly. They have all the equipment I could ever need and it's clearly kept in great condition. I cannot say enough great things about IFS and would highly recommend them to anyone!

What a great gym. Has everything I need and you can target all your muscle groups and complete cardio activities. I began coming here about a month ago to prepare for a physical fitness test. I will be referring this place to my friends!
