Incredibly rude employee at the drive up. Would not explain to me what was happening. Was rolling her eyes and throwing her head back when talking to me on camera. Then told me she couldn’t deposit my check even though I’ve deposited these same checks several times before with zero issues and she couldn’t even explain why.

Great branch to stop by at! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, excellent customer service, Bankers always available, Will get you in and out which I appreciate very much. I hate when I have to sit at a bank all day and they make things very easy and quick on me. God bless the staff. Keep up the good work!!

Banking here shouldn't be this hard. Especially as a business account signer. Super disappointed in the customer service Associates's ability to know how to serve their customers, or their follow through on simple banking.

Very nice people at this location. My deposits are always super fast and easy (I'm not the brightest with these things, so their patience with me is always appreciated). Very clean, VERY green.
