Quick and easy! I came in for a slow leak in my tire with the intent to replace my front tires as a whole to get it done. They didn’t jump to replacements and offered to repair, which speaks volumes with other places attempting to sell you or increase your bill.
I was able to make my own decision without pressure to replace before winter and get an oil change.
They also partner with Acima so you can get necessary work done without paying the upfront cost.

I had a great experience today with this business. I had a screw in my tire and I was dreading having to find a place to fix it ASAP. I contacted Goodyear. Tess answered the phone and she was friendly. She gave me a couple of options and she was able to get me in within the hour. Ted was able to fix it and informed me how it was fixed and the how ling it should last. I am very grateful for their help. 5 stars +

I just wana say how AMAZING these guys are! I got stranded on the highway with a flat and had to get towed yesterday. I was so stressed out 2 hours from home. They got my tire together within 30 minutes! Highly recommended this location! ?

Went to see if they can replace a stripped bolt under my engine pan to change the oil, without looking at it they told me they are going to have to change the whole pan. Called Firestone and they recommended to look at the vehicle before making a decision.

My tire had a leak from a hex key embedded in the tread. I took it to Goodyear in Powell because my neighbors highly recommended them. Tessa was able to have my tire repaired quickly and efficiently. I appreciated the rare good customer service that she provided and is extremely rare to find these days. Thanks again!!

Had an oil changes there. The staff was very professional and the service was good. Was quoted $59 for oil change and tire rotation. When I picked up the car the price was more than quoted. They said the quote didn't include parts, disposal, etc. After I left this review, Goodyear manager contacted me and made it right. I am modifying this review because they made it right, which is all a customer can ask for. Thank you John - I will definitely be back and I will be sure to make sure the quote includes everything in the future.

Had slow leak in rear tire so they checked it out & found nail. They patched it & it has held for several weeks. Took about 30-40 min.
