I used to love this goodwill. It’s very small but I always felt like I found good items. It’s now under new management and I don’t like the direction it’s going. Prices have gone up, their rules are very strict, and honestly the employees are not very friendly anymore. All of the old friendly staff is gone; I’m not sure if the new management fired them or what happened. The team lead/manager Dawn is so rude and frankly mean. I’m sad to say I don’t think I will be back anytime soon.

The management on this location is not professional at all. They need a new management. Specially that Katie she is the worst supervisor I have ever worked with.

This is probably the smallest good will I've ever been in. It appeared to be well kept and well organized and the prices seemed fair, at least on the stuff that I looked at. It is definitely more clothing than anything. This is not the store to go to if you're wanting glassware or books or and sort of home items. But it was small and calm and clean and I can appreciate.

Store manager Besta was very unhelpful when I asked her something about an item. She seemed annoyed and answered “no idea” and wasn’t trying to help. Disappointed. Poor customer service.

I went in tonight and there is NOTHING there. Cigar boxes, run down toys, no glassware. When I peeked in the back there is tons of stuff to be put out. More workers than I'm used to seeing in there. It looked as if a mentally challenged woman was in charge in which she was cussing freely, asking customers as they walked in door "what are you guys here for", saying "let's lock the door" at 5:30pm and was explaining to another worker about the vacuuming procedure. She walked by me numerous of times mumbling under her breath everytime. Made me feel real uncomfortable. The discounted color was yellow but I couldn't find any color tags on anything. The store overall appearance was dirty and smelled musty. I did however find a pair of shorts for my son. When I checked out the cashier didn't ask me to round up like all the other Goodwill stores I've been in. I'm not sure whats going on at this location but please hire new management. There was an older man collecting donations the last time I was in there. He was awesome!

I love this goodwill! I donate here frequently, and they always hand out a 10% coupon just for donating! They always have a great selection too!

The new store manager has excellent customer service. I bought a tv today and he helped me carry it out and put it in the car. I'm only shopping at this store from now on.

I visited here for the first time but didn't expect to find much since it's a smaller store. However, I found several items and was surprised about the quality of what was on the racks and shelves. Thank you!
