I never get my nails done so I wanted to go out and treat myself. I was pretty disappointed as the nails weren’t placed up to my cuticle, so there’s large gaps. Also, the nails don’t cover my whole nail, so there are portions of my nail just hanging out. Looking at my pinkies, the nails don’t go straight forward, they stick up toward the sky so they’re catching on things and that is a big issue for me - One wrong move and I’m gonna rip my pinky nail off. I considered calling in to ask if they’d fix it, but the truth is If they cared I wouldn’t have left the salon with these issues. I chose the salon based off of a reference from a friend, whose nails always look so good. But I’ve come to realize it depends on who does them. in the pictures I’ve attached you can see my pinky nail pointing up, you can see portions of my nail not covered by the fake nail, and you can see the gaps between the nails and my cuticles.

I drive 30 minutes to come here because all of the nail places by my house are terrible. I found Cici Nails through a friend. I came here for a birthday celebration and was shocked when my gel manicure still hadn't lifted or peeled after 2.5 weeks. So I decided to come back, and once again I am on day 17 and no lifting, no peeling. At other places I can't even get 10 days without that happening. The pricing is comparable to other salons, but I feel the quality is much higher.

I have finally found THE nail salon! Pida was so professional, she helped explain what was best for my damaged nails after trying so many other salons. Now they look better then ever! All of CC's staff were so kind and inviting. Definitely recommending to everyone!

I take my 3 daughters there (tweens and teens) and they always rave about the staff and how pretty their nails end up, also how long they last!

Not a good manicure. I got a no chip manicure, and an hour after my appointment the paint was already peeling off. Simple things like washing my hair or doing the dishes made entire nails of color pop right off. Pretty disappointing to pay an upcharge for no chip, and the polish falls off the day it's done.

Super pleased with my experience at CC’s! Nam was my technician and she did an absolutely phenomenal job on my nails. Her attention to detail, and “perfectionist mentality” resulted in one of my most FAVORITE dip manicures.
Nam was thoughtful and kind and wanted to make sure I was happy with my nails.
CC’s had a great relaxing environment, was clean, and was very reasonably priced.
After searching high and low for a salon and technician that’s right for me, I’ve found it!
I’m looking forward to my next visit!

I treated myself to "The Exclusive Pedicure" for my birthday. Vic was very professional, and kind. Everyone in the salon was friendly and pleasant. My toes look terrific and my feet feel amazing and soft. The salon is bright and airy, love that it doesn't have that strong overpowering chemical smell of most other nail salons. On on the plus side the manicure itself was nice when it was finally completed. I had to wait 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to get my manicure started and in total it took an hour and 15 minutes to do. For much of the time I was waiting I was just sitting at the chair with nobody talking to me. Nobody telling me when my manicure would get started and the nail polish removal person put the wrong chemicals on my fingernails and then told me that I had asked for a type of manicure that I had not asked for. Honestly after the long wait I would have agreed to any type of manicure but it didn't look like it was going to happen. At a certain point I just went and asked the owner if I should go somewhere else or just leave because after 45 minutes I was still sitting with my polish scraped off but no one working with me. They seemed very disorganized, and like they didn't know who was supposed to be doing what. The girl who is in charge of removing polish seems very confused and the people at this nail shop weren't friendly and welcoming at all. I was in town really briefly for my mom's funeral who died only a week ago. Today was the day before Mother's Day and an extremely sad day for me so it would've been nice to have a nice calm, comfortable manicure as a moment of Grace from the Universe but sadly I was disappointed. I don't usually write too many reviews but I was let down by my experience here.

I can’t say enough about this salon. Pida is very helpful with accommodating your busy life and getting you in for an appt. I’ve even sent her pictures of manicures I want! I took my entire staff there for pedicures and everyone received top notch care and enjoyed their time. I have continued to come back in my own for dip manicures and pedicures without disappointment. Even with a cracked mani I was whisked in quickly to fix! At my last appt I had Lai and she too was amazing- she would ask me if I was comfortable, if I liked what she did, etc. Great mani/pedi. Everyone there makes you feel like they’ve known you forever and your supposed to be there. Vic does a great job helping you color match!! If you’re looking for a salon come find your new home!Service: Dip powder
