I use this place as my main pharmacy because it's close to my home. I've had a couple issues here so far. Biggest issue: I'm a dentist, my mom had a dental emergency and I pulled one of her teeth. I prescribed 2 days worth of pain medication, which they refused to fill because we share a last name. Even though I am licensed and (if they would have run an OARRS report) my mom has no history of receiving pain meds anywhere else. Second issue: they can't sell you over the counter allergy meds through the drive thru. I pulled up in the rain to get a box of Zrytrec-D, with my license in hand, and was simply told "we can't sell that through the drive thru, you need to come inside." Then the lady who told me that decided to not greet me when I came in, just hid in the corner while a polite young gentlemen helped me. I handed him my license, signed and paid, all things that any normal human could have done through the drive thru window.

This pharmacy is typically great, but I've had some confusion with a new prescription and called to ask a pharmacist for help. I unfortunately had the terrible luck of speaking to "Laura" who could not have been less helpful or more needlessly rude.

If u looking for an drive thru pharmacy this would be the one for u; but if u r planning on an business trips to somewhere outside of USA. Don't pick this one even when ur primary care doctor says it ok to pick up ur medication early they still don't want provide u the medication; because most pharmacists in this pharmacy r dumb.

CVS does a great business. Yet it cares so little about its customers the parking lot is awful and there's a pot hole big enough for my entire front end to fall in. I will find a pharmacy that doesn't require a wheel alignment just by going through the drive through.

I give them my name and dob to pick up and order they tell me I could have used the app barcode to be quicker, and every time I have the barcode ready they scan it and it doesn’t fn’ work and they ask my name and dob anyway.

Filling a pain prescription for my wife following surgery and was told it would be 2 hours. Came back 3.5 hours later and was told it would still be 30 more minutes. No apologies. No simply. Just a snotty entitled pharmacist.

I’ve had to go to the Minute Clinic twice in the last year. Diane the clinician is friendly, caring and would use the clinic again just because of her. Had my prescriptions in a few minutes. Pharmacy staff was friendly too. Much appreciated! Used my $10 care pass, got 20% of another item I purchased and my $4.00 CVS Bucks. Buy one get one sale on CoQ10 so I was a happy camper even though I felt poorly.

CVS is our regular pharmacy for the last 25+ years and we love it. Their coupons help us save a lot of money and most CVS locations are well managed, clean and well stocked.

We went through the pharmacy drive through with a sleeping 1 week old baby and 3 yr old to ask an over the counter medication question for the baby. The lady at the window said “Realistically ma’am that’s not something we can do for you”… basically I would have to carry a baby carrier inside (too soon after a C-section) and wake a cranky toddler just to go inside and ask questions. Ridiculous! We will rethink making purchases in store and continue to order online instead since they’re not helpful.
