I will never willingly go to this branch again and deal with the acting manager at this location. He should not be a customer facing role. Go to the Delaware location where they understand how small business operate and find simple solutions to facilitate working with them.

Worst experience with this branch. They don't care about time. I wouldn't visit again. Will prefer to go to other Chase branch.

Simply an ATM not an actual branch. This is not posted from what I could see.

This isn't a bank, it's an ATM vestibule. 1 ATM, no tellers or even a teller counter, and a bunch of employees sitting around, getting paid for nothing. A manager told me there's no tellers here. What a joke of a place.

Stop asking for employees ids when they are making a work deposits. It's ridiculous practice and does not stop money laundering. It's iintrusive And you do not have a right to people's information. Chase locations have even gone as far as to harass employees as to where they bank while making deposits!

We don't often need to go inside the bank, but every time we do, we are greeted by name (!) and with a smile. Excellent customer service at this branch!

Today I went to Powell, Ohio and I first stopped at my bank, Kemba, which is right next door to Chase. I withdrew $790 cash to put into my elderly mother's account who banks at Chase. I didn't have any problems at Kemba and I drive next door to Chase, where the nightmare begins! I had a stack of cash, the deposit slip and my driver's license. The teller proceeds to tell me she cannot accept it as I am not a Chase customer, I'm not on listed on my mother's account AND I could be laundering money. "Are you fricken serious? Tell me you're Fricken joking?!?!" What makes the difference if I'm put cash into her account or she is along and she deposits it? How are you stopping money laundering? You're not! So I could go back over to Kemba, re-deposit the cash, get an costly money order or write and check, which I didn't have my checkbook with me. To use a check, now that opens up a can of worms as to if the check is good or not, but they would accept a check? How ridiculous and insane! So I had to run over to Giant Eagle's, get 2 money orders.... one for $500 and one for $290 plus pay $0.79 for each money order and return to Chase to try to put this money into her account. I as I told the teller, I can understand if I was trying to withdraw money but to deposit money? This is just fricken INSANE! This is EXACTLY WHY I AM NOT A CHASE CUSTOMER! If you are bear in mind Jamie Diamond and the other major bank heads took the bailout money from Uncle Sam and used it for salary compensation rather than using it to help the country. Watch the movie the Big Short on Netflix! The only money laundering going on is between Jamie Diamond and the other major bank CEO to screw the little man and customers. When I returned and informed my mother of the non-sense, she calls this location and proceeded to give the lady who answered hell over the phone as well. Come Monday, we are closing my mother's accounts and moving her to a credit union and we highly recommend you do the same! I give Chase 1 start and they need a negative 5 star rating! If you continue to bank at any Chase Bank location, you are only adding to the problem! Find a small local bank of a credit union and move your accounts and money there!

Best Chase branch in north-west Columbus metro area. Knowledgeable and courteous staff. Well-ran and very clean. A pleasure to bank in this location.
