I have a mortgage with Chase and have come to them for notary services. One time they did not have anyone and they called a nearby Chase Bank and I went over there. Yesterday I went in and was met by a "greeter" who said that no one was available because the bankers were too busy - but set me up for an appointment at 1:00 - over two hours later. I was a little put off, but came back at one and they said that no one was there to do it.I cannot put into words how frustrated I was, I will never go to this place for anything. I asked who was in charge, and there was no one. Total lack of leadership.

DO NOT GO TO TIS BRANCH UNLESS SOMETHING VERY SIMPLE. I wasted hour+ in there FOR SOMETHING TO TAKE 10 MINUTES then they messed up my accounts and daughters because not listening got everything backwards plus made me late. Plus wanted to run off at the mouth and not paying attention RUDE more professionalism and listening would've had no issues. Not going there at Powell branch for anything else except credit card payments straight deposit AND if not by another chase ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS

This is the second time having a deposited business check pulled back out of my account because I signed my name on the back instead of for deposit only...crazy part is my name is on my business account. Now I am having to wait 7-10 days to have check mailed back to me. I have been a customer for 15+ years and all the manager at this location can say is, sorry it is out of our hands after not being able to get through to her very own help desk. This is the last straw with Chase. I will be closing out all three of my accounts there and looking for a more customer friendly bank.

Both ATMs we're out of money , so I had to go to another bank next door and pay a $4 charge. They should have a walk up atm or something just in case . $4 to pull out my own money because my bank doesn't maintain their machines sucks

Ive found this branch to be incredibly helpful. Always polite and very professional with how they suggest things. Example: I brought in roughly 12 deposits at once one time. Cumbersome I know. I apologized profusely and told her to take other customers if they came I could wait. She was super friendly and explained to me about how they have night drops if that would help. Unfortunately I need receipts instantly to reconcile- but it was a genuine nice way of trying to be helpful without being "don't bring us so many again!" Lol. I know that was the goal- but the approach was perfect and seemingly helpful. Any other time for anything else they've also been incredibly efficient and nice about anything I've needed. If it weren't for their other branches being so awful I'd probably bring all my personal business there too.

Chase is a great bank with some awesome online features. I use the quick pay often with friends. I enjoy the ability to log in with finger print on it's app. They also made mortgage shopping easy. I recommend them to people when they ask where I bank. This particular store I found to be very helpful and convenient to me. The service has always been great with employees who want to help.
